i chose to invest in a room here because of its excellent location in the heart of the trendy nimman neighborhood, surrounded by a variety of facilities and numerous well-known restaurants. it's close to shopping malls like kad suan kaew, one nimman, and maya lifestyle shopping center. the project provides a high level of privacy, with only 68 units in the complex, and the common area includes a swimming pool, fitness center, and garden. the only thing i don't like about this place is the small parking lot. however, if you are not serious about using a private car here, public buses are also an option. it’s another project in the city, surrounded by local amenities such as shopping malls, shops, restaurants, and walking streets like kad na mo within a few mins. there are also complete facilities like a swimming pool, fitness center, and shops in the common area. by the way, my room is a one-bedroom unit. it is so spacious and comes with quality furniture. it is the perfect condo both inside and outside.
