It didn't make me disappointed at all, and it's suitable for buying as a vacation rental home. I think it is very worthwhile because you will have a luxury and private residence. Besides, the beautiful view and the project's service are very special. All facilities support and match for good living. The staff are friendly and serve very well. Moreover, the project is located not far from Chiang Mai attractions as well as able to travel to visit and learn the different cultures of Chiang Mai.

I used to lived in serene lake for about 6 years there are so many restaurant near maehia now these days such as the goodview and also its close to Big c and ripping also if u take the underground tunnel outer ring u can quickly arrive at central festival.

Me and my family lived on the Moo Baan for 5 years with our kids. Regularly cycled around on the streets, beautiful green and peaceful environment. The restaurant on site is lovely to relax at during the day by the lake. Everybody leaves you in peace here, unlike some other communities with the houses all bunched together.

First of all, I chose this project because of its location. It is convenient to travel and connect with many routes. The road is not busy, easy to travel to the mall within 10 minutes. Nearby, there is also Big C Extra and Green Green night market; there are many delicious street foods. The project is new and quite large. Also, the area is organized very well. There is plenty of parking space. The common areas are separated for each building. There are a fitness center, a swimming pool, and a free wi-fi service for all residences. The room's interior is well designed in modern style, using wood materials, including built-in furniture, cabinets, and kitchen counters. The room size is spacious. And I love cooking, and with the close kitchen, I can enjoy cooking and don't need to worry about the smell that will spread through the entire room anymore. They also separated the living room and bedroom with a partition. The bathroom is quite wide, with wet and dry zones. Behind the project is a large canal so you can enjoy a natural view just watching from your window.
