this is a very popular location for european and thai citizens. the swimming pools are excellent and the estate is well maintained.

near the beach, calm, everything i’m looking for. the market is just besides, and all the staff makes you feel welcome!

good and private interested and ready to move in, with an open and airy view. and it is new, clean, with beautiful common areas.

if you buy a condo in this building you will not be sorry. fantastic location with plenty of parking!

a great, very quiet condo on the 5th floor. door near elevator. one separate bedroom, kitchenette, toilet. balcony. fully equipped. large 65" tv and very fast internet. a tower for cold and hot water at all times. 2 air conditioners and fans. cable tv included. well furnished. very quiet. free parking for cars and motorcycles. i will return if it is available.

hello...i spent my vacation in this complex on february 24 in a 48 sqm condo on the 27th floor and was able to relax wonderfully. quiet complex with people who also want peace and quiet. with a huge pool + great fitness. i'm thinking about buying something here on my next vacation in december. oh yes, with a tuk tuk right in front of the house i was in pattaya/center in 15 minutes :-)

i stayed here for 2 months, and i didn't want to move out. i would say that i like it very much. it is a beautiful luxury condo in spanish style on an extensive project area. plus, there is a fully-equipped and modern fitness center, nice swimming pool, good sauna, and sunbeds. the staff is very professional. unfortunately, the room is a bit too many, so there are many residents, so it is not suitable for those looking for a condo with a peaceful atmosphere. the room i stayed in was a studio room with space and beautifully decorated, very charming. the furniture is modern and functional. most importantly, it's very close to jomtien beach, just walking 15 minutes.

it is an affordable price where we stayed for many days. the room rate is so worth it. its location is surrounded by beaches and restaurants. the room is clean, overlooking pattaya bay view wonderfully. the balcony is also large and suitable for gaining fresh air. the receptionists serve excellent services, and the common site is clean, including a large swimming pool. in general, it is worth the price paid.

i am delighted to stay here. i had the opportunity to live here for a short stay, about 5 months last year. this project is a luxury condominium next to jomtien beach with an incredible view, and the view from the room is exceptional. the interior of the room is luxurious and modern, decorated with good materials from leading brands. it has full facilities such as a swimming pool, steam room, sauna, and gym. the neighbors are mostly foreigners. the atmosphere is peaceful and private. the receptionist is always friendly and ready to take care of us. i would recommend this place as it’s suitable for couples and small families. the important thing is that there is very high security. i am extremely impressed. if there is an opportunity, i would like to come back and stay again.
