i stayed here for 2 months, and i didn't want to move out. i would say that i like it very much. it is a beautiful luxury condo in spanish style on an extensive project area. plus, there is a fully-equipped and modern fitness center, nice swimming pool, good sauna, and sunbeds. the staff is very professional. unfortunately, the room is a bit too many, so there are many residents, so it is not suitable for those looking for a condo with a peaceful atmosphere. the room i stayed in was a studio room with space and beautifully decorated, very charming. the furniture is modern and functional. most importantly, it's very close to jomtien beach, just walking 15 minutes.

it is an affordable price where we stayed for many days. the room rate is so worth it. its location is surrounded by beaches and restaurants. the room is clean, overlooking pattaya bay view wonderfully. the balcony is also large and suitable for gaining fresh air. the receptionists serve excellent services, and the common site is clean, including a large swimming pool. in general, it is worth the price paid.

i am delighted to stay here. i had the opportunity to live here for a short stay, about 5 months last year. this project is a luxury condominium next to jomtien beach with an incredible view, and the view from the room is exceptional. the interior of the room is luxurious and modern, decorated with good materials from leading brands. it has full facilities such as a swimming pool, steam room, sauna, and gym. the neighbors are mostly foreigners. the atmosphere is peaceful and private. the receptionist is always friendly and ready to take care of us. i would recommend this place as it’s suitable for couples and small families. the important thing is that there is very high security. i am extremely impressed. if there is an opportunity, i would like to come back and stay again.

it's a nice condo in the small project located in an excellent location, with a quiet atmosphere. plus, the view from the room is beautiful. i came to visit the room for renting. at first, i planned to rent for only 3-months, but i like everything here, so i've been staying till now. there is a lovely pool, a fitness center, and parking spaces. if you have a car, it's easy to get around. jomtien beach and dongtan beach are also nearby. it is considered complete for finding food, and bars are lined along.

excellent location. there is a direct walkway to jomtien beach with a quiet and livable atmosphere. in the past, it used to be a luxurious building before, but it's getting old now. my room has a 1-bedroom, but the furniture is outdated. there is a huge swimming pool and table tennis as well. professional staff, it's excellent!

i have lived here for 2 years. it is a very nice place to stay. for me, the rental price is not expensive. all rooms are quality and suitable for a good price. the staff is also friendly, and the surrounding is clean. the project provides a high-security system. there is a large swimming pool in the center of the condo and a fully equipped gym. it is easy to access and use. in addition, the location is not far from jomtien beach, local markets, and nightlife.

i am lucky to rent a room at jomtien beach. every morning i wake up, i feel that i receive positive energy. i also touched with pleasant relaxation because this condo is tranquil and not noisy. the pool and gym are clean. the garden area is well maintained, which i love to sit and relax during the day. besides, there are also many delicious restaurants for me to choose from as a person who loves eating so much.

i just bought a villa here 3 months ago at a reasonable price. i purchased the one with 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, excellent quality furniture, and a private swimming pool. the land area around the villa is spacious, not crowded for many family members. the security guards take good care of us. the atmosphere is quiet and private near jomtien beach, less than 5 minutes by car. everything is great! i'm sure i made the right decision.

i wasn't disappointed that i decided to buy a room here for rent out. i posted my room through the website. the clients rented my room almost all year. in the high season, i can make a lot of money. what makes people like it very much is the location next to jomtien beach. i consider a condo worth investing in a lot. thank you, fazwaz, for encouraging me to buy this place.

a big project right next to jomtien beach. i don't have to say how beautiful the view is. the room is facing a sea view so that you can watch the endless wide-angel view - very nice atmosphere. the project has a complete common area with a large outdoor swimming pool and ample parking. i live on the 24th floor, in a 1-bedroom fully- furnished unit with a small kitchen corner. unfortunately, pets are not allowed. not recommended to live together as a family because the room is quite small, but if you live with your partner, it is the right size and easy to clean.
