since it is developed by heights holdings, i am sure it will be a good project because i used to rent a room at arcadia beach continental, everything was good, but there were too many people. now, this new project has the same management team with fewer units, so i thought that i would buy a room in this project. the room that i am interested in is a 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom room type. the usable area is good for living alone. the room is fully furnished and ready to move in. there is also a spa, sauna, fitness center, and swimming pool in the project. somdet park is next to the project, with a shady atmosphere. family mart is not far away, less than 5 minutes walking distance. plus, there are many shops and restaurants to choose from. if you want to go to pattaya beach, it takes no more than 10 minutes by car, while pratumnak hill is just 20 minutes on foot. i think that this place can be a long-term accommodation for sure!

the condo is conveniently located on the main road. it is located in the heart of pattaya city. there are hospitals, schools, and shopping malls surrounding the project, close to the beach. i can confirm that the condo here is quality with beautiful decoration. the room interior is fully furnished with good quality furniture. however, i think the bedroom is too small, but the common area is considered an excellent and complete-reasonable price and suitable for both living and investing.

the project is situated in a great location right in the heart of local amenities, including shopping malls, bars, restaurants, convenience stores. pattaya beach and pattaya walking street is a 10-minutes away by foot. you don't need to rent a motorbike or a car while staying here. i rented a fully furnished 1-bedroom unit here at a reasonable price. the room is clean, and there is a housekeeper to clean the room twice a week. the project's facilities are also complete, such as a garden, a gym, a swimming pool, etc. oh, there's a restaurant in the project too. if you don't want to go out, you can order food at an affordable price, and it's yummy. friendly staff, good service, and super convenient. highly recommend it here! i will definitely stay here if i am coming back to pattaya again next time!
