The materials is well-selected to meet the standard.

This neighborhood is full of communities, and many villages are surrounded. It gets crowded and has many convenience stores. It's easy to get around, and there is also a fresh market nearby, which is very cheap. I like living here as the houses are beautifully designed. There is a large private swimming pool. It is a spacious 1-story house, and we live with 4 people. It is not cramped and perfect if traveling to Pattaya. It takes about 20 minutes by car.

This villa has an area for a party. It can accommodate many people. I took my parents and siblings to Pattaya vacation and chose to stay at Garden Ville 2. This villa has a not very large private pool, suitable for children to swim in the water. It is very private here, gated a fence and the security system is very good. The villa interior is luxurious and beautiful furniture, which is neat and clean. Everything is complete. There are all inside the villa. I do not have to worry that there will be any defects in the price. It is worth the quality of the villa. Also, this villa is not far from U-Tapao Airport. It takes only 34 minutes, or so nearby places around the project are very good.

My friends and I love traveling in Pattaya, and we've been here many times. It is a quiet villa, and the staff serves excellent service. There are not too many people, and it's not noisy. It keeps high privacy. The atmosphere is excellent, and the pool is so clean. Besides, there is an area for holding small parties comfortably. The villa is fully furnished that comes with a spacious bedroom, well-ventilated. I love the kitchen because the project provides both Thai and Western kitchens and a sink set on the interior and exterior. It is full of equipment, making it easier to cook and save money. As for the security system, we don't need to be worried because the guard is great in his duty and lovely. Every time we visit here, we are impressed. I want to recommend those looking for a vacation villa to stay here, and you will love it!

I always stay here during the long holidays as it isn’t very far from Bangkok. The house is spacious with a garden making the atmosphere even more relaxing. There is also a swimming pool for me to chill out. The house is well decorated, and it also comes with complete furniture making it more convenient. I would say that I have no regret buying here.

I decided to buy a house in Garden Ville 2 Pattaya as a vacation home. The house is a single house with large space and not crowded. Since there are only 26 units, I can fully enjoy my private vacation. I bought a detached house with a swimming pool and furniture because I rarely have time to decorate. But if it's convenient for you, you can buy a home without a furniture package. For me, I prefer a ready-to-move-in one. It's quite impressive because the rooms were beautifully designed. I love the open space in the living room, connecting to the kitchen and dining room as it makes the house look wider. Also, furniture is standard. Although I barely used it, it does not wear out. Apart from privacy, there is also a good security system, and the neighbors are also lovely. Most of them are foreigners living in Thailand. Here, it is also convenient to travel because the project is close to the Bangkok-Pattaya motorway. The area is surrounded by Big C, restaurants, and hospitals as well.
