To Get to the D-Sign Homes project, you can start from Jomtien Beach and head to the northwest on Jomtien Road to Chaiyapruek Road. Turn right behind the Beach Gallery House (on the right). Continue straight about 1.5 kilometers and turn right at Chaiyapruek intersection on Road No.3 for 2.9 kilometers and turn left onto the rural road Chab 1096 for about 600 meters. Go straight for 3.7 kilometers to enter Huay Yai Road. Turn left for 400 meters and turn left again for about 100 meters, and then you will reach D-Sign Homes located on the right-hand side.

The building (the bricks and mortar) can be owned by a non-Thai national outright in their name in what is called the house registry which secures ownership indefinitely of the structure.
