Directions to project

To Get to the D-Sign Homes project, you can start from Jomtien Beach and heading to the northwest on Jomtien Road to Chaiyapruek Road. Turn right behind the Beach Gallery House (on the right). Continue straight about 1.5 kilometers and turn right at Chaiyapruek intersection on Road No.3 for 2.9 kilometers and turn left onto the rural road Chab 1096 for about 600 meters. Go straight for 3.7 kilometers to enter Huay Yai Road. Turn left for 400 meters and turn left again for about 100 meters, and then you will reach D-Sign Homes located on the right-hand side.

The common area maintenance fee for properties at D-Sign Homes is a fixed amount of ฿2,500. This amount has to be paid by owners for the upkeep of the common areas of the project. For new residential developments, it is common to pay up to 1-3 years’ common area maintenance fees in advance upon the transfer of the properties' ownership.

Jomtien Beach South is the closest Beach from D-Sign Homes and it is 8 km away.

The building (the bricks and mortar) can be owned by a non-Thai national outright in their name in what is called the house registry which secures ownership indefinitely of the structure. 

In Thailand non-Thai nationals cannot own land outright in their name. Land can be controlled through either a Thai Company or a long-term registered lease. The longest registered lease term by Thai law is 30 years and most developers will offer 3 terms for a total of 90 years.

I bought a house at D-Sign Homes, which is a house that I can choose for myself. D-Sign Homes is set in a great location not far from Jomtien Beach. There are many restaurants and shops near the project. It is quite convenient. In the designs, it is modern, stylish, simple, and practical. The material used for the interior is imported from Europe with high quality. It is worth the price that I paid. I bought a two-story house. It consists of 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The house area is designed to be practical, and it is suitable for those who have a large family. D-Sign Homes has many functions to choose from depending on the satisfaction of the residents. The project facilities are also well-equipped, such as common areas, electric gates, and 24-hour security guards. Such a very good project, it is flexible payment plans with friendly and reasonable prices. And one more thing, it is a quality neighbor, and I can raise my pets.
