I just bought a 1-bedroom unit at a great deal, and brought a 'Wow' effect on me. The room comes fully-furnished with high-quality furniture. There are many beautiful facilities such as a large swimming pool in the middle of the common area and another pool on the rooftop with a nice view and another garden, fitness, spa, sauna, clubhouse, etc. The staff is very professional. It makes me feel like staying at home; it is peaceful, beautiful, suitable for living. The location is excellent, convenient transportation near many major tourist attractions. South Pattaya Beach is very close, about 5 minutes drive. Recommend it here—great value for money.
