City Center is a condo development located in Pattaya City, Pattaya, Thailand. It is 1.7km from the beach with 632 condo units across 8 floors scheduled for completion in January of 2016. It features a swimming pool, a communal jacuzzi, a fitness center, a bar, 24-hour security, CCTV, a reception/lobby area, a shuttle to the beach, a kids' club, car parking, a sauna.

City Center Condominium Pattaya one of the latest project of Matrix Developments. This is our first development in Pattaya City itself. All the previous projects were launched in Jomtien and ratamnak hill, but now the inner city area is conquered as well in an amazing, high end modern development alled City Center Residence.

City Center Residence Condominium Pattaya was born as the result of the desires and wishes from the ever growing condominium buyers attracted to Pattaya. They show the desire to own property in the center of the city where the land is getting scarcer and land prices are rising rapidly.
