To get to The Urban Attitude project, you can start from Pattaya Floating Market 4, heading south on Route 3 for about 600 meters. Make a U-turn at Na Jomtien 4 on Sukhumvit Road and go straight for about 6.7 kilometers. Then turn left at Sukhumvit Soi 46/3 for about 1.4 kilometers and turn left again on Pattaya Tai 16 Road; you will see The Urban Attitude Project on your left-hand side.

I have been in Pattaya for 2 years, and I rented a condo at Urban Attitude. Overall, it is a good condo. It is modern and offers a good city view. Every element's decorations are good. Also, some facilities fully meet the residents' needs. The room is also well-divided into functional areas. The materials used to decorate are of a certain quality and beautifully designed in a modern style that suits every lifestyle. All functions that can be used for real. I rented a 1 bedroom unit, very impressed. It is considered worth the rental price. Besides, the facilities in the project are diverse and make me feel and stay comfortable. The facilities comprise shops, restaurants, fitness and swimming pools. Urban Attitude is not only a great residence but also an extremely worthwhile investment.
