- To get to the project by car, you can start from Jomtien Beach by heading northwest onto Jomtiensaineung Road for 5 meters. After that, turn right and continue straight for 800 meters. A beautiful condo at a nice location

The condo is located adjacent to Jomtien Beach, offering a pleasant atmosphere. The room decor is lovely, ideal for relaxation. The facilities are also complete, including the swimming pool, gym, tennis court, etc., which is sufficient for the number of the residents. I love the management system as it's very excellent and the staff and neighbors are helpful and friendly. To get around is also accessible because it is proximate to Sukhumvit Road, convenience stores, shops, restaurants, and Pattaya's tourist spots, where you can easily access everywhere, which match my needs.

I love the management system as it's very excellent and the staff and neighbors are helpful and friendly. To get around is also accessible because it is proximate to Sukhumvit Road, convenience stores, shops, restaurants, and Pattaya's tourist spots, where you can easily access everywhere, which match my needs.

I stayed at this condo with a large group of friends. It has many facilities, such as a swimming pool, a gym, a garden and a healthy food shop within the project. The rooms we rented is mostly a 1-bedroom unit with furniture. We can have a sea view from the room as all our rooms are on the 17th floor, making it easier to walk to my friends' rooms. Jomtien Beach is near the condo, not within walking distance, but you can take a tuk-tuk there. Quite convenient!
