Directions to the project
To get to the project by car, start from Phuket International Airport heading north. Keep driving on Route 4031 for approximately 400 meters and make a U-turn. Continue on the road for 1.1 kilometers, then slightly turn left on Route 4026 to Route 402 heading towards Mai Khao Subdistrict. Continue for 4.1 kilometers and turn right onto Route 402 and Route 4030 to Kamala Subdistrict. Keep driving for 20.3 kilometers; you will find the project on the left-hand side.

To get to the project by public transport, you can take the Phuket Smart Bus service, which can be paid in cash or can be paid via Rabbit card. The bus station is in the domestic terminal, near the exit of the arrivals. Service starts from 6:00 AM to 9:00 PM, and the fees are based on distance, ranging from 50-170 baht. Besides, you can travel by public van where the fares start from 180 - 200 baht, depending on the distance.

My husband and I went to look at the mock-up studio-type room of this project. Personally, I really like Thai culture and Thailand, so I visit the country 3-4 times a year. I decided to buy a condo next to the beach in Phuket. The location of this project is very good. There is a mountain behind and overlooking the sea. The interior of the room is very luxurious and modern. There are 4 types of room to choose from, each of which has different room sizes. The project's highlight is that every room has a sea view—the beautiful scenery of Kamala Beach. People are not crowded; actually, it's very peaceful and suitable for relaxing. There are also many on-site facilities such as restaurants, sky gardens, a yoga studio, a unique waterfall swimming pool, a sky swimming pool with sea view, a sky bar for cocktails, and sunset watching in the evening. For health lovers, there is also a large fitness center and a spa available. Surroundings of ​​the condo also have restaurants by the beach and a famous beach club like Plaza Del Mar, so you can sit and chill. As for the price, I think it's still affordable at 3 million baht. Interesting isn't it!
