The big positive points of Haven Lagoon is its location, just two minutes drive to the beach or Junceyloon, the shopping mall and Bangla Road. Affordable condos with a comfortable size. Pools and fitness might be too small though.
I rented in North tower for two years. Ground floor, 1 bedroom unit. The units overall are good quality for the money. Full proper kitchens with large bathrooms. Maitenance of the outdoor areas is poor. Needs a paint job.
This place is very nice and relaxing with the big common pools in different levels in the middle of the project, and never crowded. The apartments are really good size definitely suitable for living..
The only negative thing is that it's located a bit far back in camera but on the other hand you are sure that you're living in a quiet place

The project is located on the headland in Kamala making this estate very unique. There is one large pool in the main common area of the project and another smaller plunge pool in the garden. Less than a 2 minute walk to Kamala Beach. There is an oceanfront restaurant attached to the project. Unit density is low so there is plenty of green space. As the project is old, there are virtually no facilites outside of the pool. There is a small private beach in the project where at high tide you can swim but low tide it is rocky. If you like paddle boarding you can just straight into the ocean from here.
I lived in A block for one year and enjoyed my time at the Plantation. The staff was very friendly and attentive to any problems I had at my unit. The layouts and large floor to ceiling sliding doors that walk out to a large terrace was the properties best feature. In the evening I could have the doors open and watch the sun set just behind the moutains. Pool is kinda stuck at the back near the parking so you dont get a view from this space but is very quite and a great place to live.
I visited the Trees residence on multiple occasion and looked at different units, ranging from 1 bedroom all the way to the renovated penthouses with nice views over Kamala and the hillside.
The project is getting slightly old and shows a bit of wear and tear on the outside, with a general holiday or holiday home feel, being quiet and open. The hill to access is pretty steep but has a great feeling of being up and away from it all.
The units are pretty square layouts with full floor and ceiling windows so are very bright.
It is a little far back into the village of Kamala and feels local, but that adds to the "holiday getaway" feeling - with everything you need on the main kamala streets, shops, restaurants and bars.
Project is located on the main road as you come down the hill from Patong into Kamala. Two main towers with a number of unit configurations. The pool and facilaites are the best part of this project (just ahead of the location). The pool is awesome, changing neon lights and great for swimming laps. There is a proper cold plunge pool and hot tub in the gym area open to all residents for free. A short 5 minutes walk to Kamala Beach.
