Directions to the project
To get to the project, start from Rat Uthit 200 years Road passing Jungceylon Department Store. Keep driving until you pass the Hooter bar and Hard Rock Cafe on the right. Go straight for 1 kilometer; you will reach the T-junction heading right to Patong and left to Karon Beach. Turn left and keep driving. At a roundabout, turn right onto Sirirat Road for 270 meters. You will find the Phuket Palace Project located on the right-hand side.

I'm french, moving here with my dad when I was only 22 years old. I thought I was ready to live in Phuket. My father has many businesses in Patong, and I have visited Phuket many times. After graduating and I took a gap year to visit many places. And I am still very impressed with Phuket. I chose a condo here because it is quiet and private, like I am staying in a resort. Nearly 90% of the residents are foreigners. My room is on the 14th floor, which is high so that I can enjoy the sea view from my room. The place is beautifully decorated with a fully-furnished kitchen, dining table set, and a comfortable bed. The room is in the perfect size for a bachelor like me living alone. The condo's free Wi-Fi is fast, and the common area is complete with large swimming pools, a fitness center, plenty of parking. And I like the security guards very much; they are very friendly.
