Asha Zora is the vision of Fisherman Way, a family-led company that has shaped Phuket’s landscape for over 35 years. From our roots in the island’s fishing communities to our evolution as a builder of places that stand the test of time, our commitment has always been the same: to create spaces that inspire connection—to each other, to nature, and to the land we call home.
Asha Zora is the next chapter in this story.
At Asha Group, our vision is to shape the future of Phuket through thoughtful design, lasting craftsmanship, and a deep respect for community.
We believe in creating places that nurture connection—between people, families, and nature—and that honor the rhythm of the island. Our work is guided by an understanding that true beauty lies in simplicity, in timeless materials, and in spaces that feel lived-in and loved for generations.
Asha Zora is the next step in this legacy: a collection of homes designed not for excess, but for meaning, balance, and quiet luxury.
At Asha Zora, architecture is a quiet frame for life to unfold. Each villa is a private retreat—where light and space flow together, and every detail, from the curve of the walls to the warmth of natural wood underfoot, invites you to pause and reconnect.
Asha Zora is nestled in a quiet corner of Phuket.
Surrounded by the gentle rhythm of island life. With Chalong Pier, BCIS International School, Robinson Mall, markets, and cafés just moments away, you’re close to everything, yet embraced by peace.
This is a place where nature and community come together—where you can breathe, belong, and find your own rhythm.

The building (the bricks and mortar) can be owned by a non-Thai national outright in their name in what is called the house registry which secures ownership indefinitely of the structure.
In Thailand, non-Thai nationals cannot own land outright in their name. Land can be controlled through either a Thai Company or a long-term registered lease. The longest registered lease term by Thai law is 30 years, and most developers will offer 3 terms for a total of 90 years.
After you have found the right property at Asha Zora you have to follow these steps:
A 30-year lease period is legally protected under Thai law and ownership cannot be disrupted. It is common for developers to offer an additional two terms of 30 contractually obligating a total of 90 years.
Prior to purchasing a leasehold property, it is important to secure a copy of the lease agreement or get further clarity on these three points.
Thailand has different visas like Spousal Visa, Retirement Visa, Student Visa and Elite Visa - just to name a few options. Each visa has different requirements but they are usually easy to obtain.
