To get to the project by car, start from Thao Thep Kasattri Thao Sri Sunthon Monument. Head southeast on Route 4027 for 39 meters. At the roundabout, continue on Thep Krasattri Road (Route 402) and go straight for 4.1 kilometers. Make a U-turn and continue driving for 1.2 kilometers (past Super Cheap Store Koh Kaew branch on your right). Then, turn left for 74 meters. You will find the project on your right-hand side.

Nice place located in the heart of the city.

My husband and I bought this house because of the location. There are many restaurants and convenience stores nearby. The villa itself made me feel fully rested. The house is very spacious, can accommodate 5-6 members as they feature modern 4 bedrooms and all the necessary equipment. There is a lovely private swimming pool outside. The kitchen is also fully equipped. Living room is decorated with modern quality furniture sets. Moreover, the living area is also surrounded by glass windows that bring natural light that makes me feel comfortable. There is a large car park for 3 cars plus a 24-hour security system. So I think it is worth the price. So impressed!
