The most luxurious condo gives a sense of more than living as we can get loads of comfort and convenience, comprising a pier, restaurant, convenience store, cafe, etc. It matches my life a lot. There are also room services. The staff are helpful and help me all the time. Moreover, the atmosphere here is tranquil and private. The security system is strict as well.

The first time I saw the project, I was very impressed. The atmosphere is very good and very private. My girlfriend and I are very impressed. The atmosphere was not only good, but the services were also great. The staff always paid attention to the residents, and they are helpful and friendly. Moreover, there are many restaurants to choose from, whether Asian or European food. It is more than accommodation because it is accessible and close to Phuket main road. Furthermore, it is close to malls, convenience stores, Villa Market, and many other Phuket attractions. It is worthwhile, recommend staying here.

This project is near Boat Lagoon Pier, and travel to various places is very convenient. I've been here for 3 years, and I feel it's worth the price. Inside the house is a 2-story detached house, behind the house has a wide balcony and small canal ships are passing by every day. Besides, the atmosphere is super good. The first time I moved in, it was fully furnished, and I barely needed any additional decorations. The communal pool was big and clean. Since moving in, there is a problem with only one door repair notice, and there are no other problems with the defective products again !! Impressed !

I made the right decision about buying this house. The house consists of 4 bedrooms with a private pool, and it’s so spacious with full furniture. The garden around the project, making it look shady and relaxing. Plus, this place has a quay, so it is very suitable for me as I just bought a new yacht, so I can park here. This place also provides maintenance and repair services for my yacht. Within the project, there are restaurants and shops as well, which is very convenient. It’s not difficult to get around. Getting from the airport takes just half an hour, and 20 minutes to travel to the city center. The price here is quite high compared to other projects, but I think the quality is worth it.

Calm atmosphere, private, and high security. The project has complete facilities such as a restaurant, a clubhouse, and a villa market that sell both dried and fresh food. You can conveniently travel to the city and the airport not very far. The staff is helpful. Most of the residents here are foreigners. Sometimes the traffic around the project can be heavy but overall is good.
