To get to the project by car, you can start from Phuket International Airport, making a U-turn in front of the airport, and go straight for about 3.7 kilometers. Turn right onto Route 4018 and go straight ahead for about 4.2 kilometers. When you reach Baan Naithon School, continue straight for about 220 meters. Turn left for another 61 meters, and you will see Malaiwana on the right-hand side. (The road is steep; drive carefully)

I've visited the property twice and Impressed by the privacy. The total estate offers only a handful of houses. Its contemporary and spacious with a private pool looking over Nai Thon beach. Quality finishings and perfect for big groups or families the size of a soccer team. Concierge services can be offered on demand and rumor goes that Jack Ma's accountant is your neighbor

My family and I have been here many times because we love the atmosphere and nature here. The staff takes care of us throughout the stay very well. They take care of us well from the first day until the last day we stay here. I intend to visit here with my family every year. I visit here because I want them to commune with the sunset view, have a spa treatment, and taste various delicious Thai and international food. I love Thai food so much because it tastes good. The surroundings are also pleasant because it is situated amid nature and located on the hill facing the south, overlooking sea view and sunset view. The villa I rented is a 6-bedroom, consisting of a swimming pool, lift, and a master bedroom. The villa offers a 360-degree overlooking lush green nature view and sea view. Moreover, it is close to Naithon Beach, the white sandy beach where there are no crowded tourists. It is also close to restaurants and convenience stores, making it easier to buy something. In addition, the project still has a tourist information service for the residents, whether where you want to go to Phuket Island. This service makes my family happy and comfortable to visit everywhere in Phuket without looking for any tours by ourselves. I am impressed here a lot because there are all kinds of services and I will visit here again in the near future.
