Continue for 2.6 kilometers until you reach the roundabout. Take Exit 2 and go straight for 1.2 kilometers and make a U-turn. Drive further for 500 meters; you will find the project on the left.

Not the newest complex but in a great location with direct beach access. The common area has 3 large swimming pools and a beautifully maintained garden with big trees and fish ponds. Walking distance to convenience stores and Cicada Market.

I have rented this place monthly. Overall, it’s okay. The room that I’m in is 81 square meters, which is very rare for me as a studio room can be this spacious. I like it as it’s easy to allocate the space in the place as I like. Within the project, there is a swimming pool by the sea where the atmosphere is charming. The fitness center is a bit old, but the equipment works properly. The exterior buildings look old as well because the condo was built for a long time. For me, I think it looks so unique and vintage. The location is excellent as it is right next to Hua Hin beach. Besides, it is not far from the city center, which is easy to travel. If you have a car. I think it’s much more convenient.

Whenever I visit Hua Hin, I always stay here because I love the beach as the condo is situated next to the beach. It is called you can sit and relax on the beach directly when you arrive. It is convenient for me. The room I rented is 1 bedroom with fully furnished. The common area is also clean, consisting of a large leisure garden and 3 communal pools, giving a sense of privacy and comfort to all residents. Car parking spaces are also enough for the residents' numbers and easily find a car park in the building.

This is an old project in good condition. The exterior does not look deteriorating at all. I rented a one-bedroom condo, which has approximately 81 square meters. It is very spacious compared to other new condos. Also, space is divided properly. The furniture has always been repaired, so you don't need to worry about safety. The project facilities include a swimming pool, a fitness center, and a courtyard for a BBQ party. This condo also has a direct walkway to the beach, very suitable for relaxing. Plus, traveling is also convenient because the other side of the project is the main road.

Rooms are uniquely furnished. The furniture is beautiful quality woodwork. The project area is spacious and provides a complete range of facilities, whether a communal pool, a fitness center, BBQ grilled area, and a 24-hour security system. The location is surrounded by various tourist attractions of Hua Hin such as Cicada Market, Plearnwan, and Khao Hin Lek Fai Viewpoint. With this great location near Hua Hin Beach, I can go to the beach very often. Baan Sansaran Condo is well-equipped and suitable for long term residence.

It is a fully equipped condo because it has a very good atmosphere. Behind the condo is Khao Takiab Beach, and there is also a walkway down the beach directly. It also has a swimming pool and sitting areas near the beach. I have stayed here for about 3 months. It feels like I have stayed in a hotel every day. The staff is super helpful. Plus, there are many restaurants and convenience stores in the neighborhood, which is complete and convenient. If anyone is looking for a good condo in Hua Hin, I think the project location is ok.

My 2-bedroom unit at this property is very spacious, fully furnished with charming sea views of Hua Hin city . There are 3 swimming pools, and the atmosphere is tranquil and private, I like it here so much. Also, there is a walkway down to Hua Hin Beach; the atmosphere is beautiful and speechless. You should come and experience it yourself. For me, this is the best place in Hua Hin.

The condo's condition is still perfect; no serious damage was found. Although the exterior looks old, the building's interior is well-maintained. From the project, you can see the sea view, giving an excellent atmosphere. The weather is nice and shady in the morning. The security system runs throughout the day as well as satisfactory service staff. The transport is convenient as the project is on Petchkasem Road.
