To get to the project, start from Petchkasem Road (Route 4) at Rajamangala University of Technology Rattanakosin. Head north on Petchkasem Road (Route 4) for approximately 3.7 kilometers. Then, turn right onto Hua Hin 97 Road for 700 meters and turn left to Soi Hua Don 4 for about 570 meters. Turn left into Soi Ao Hua Don and continue for 23 meters. Then, Turn right onto Soi Ao Hua Don and continue for 250 meters; you will find the project on the right.

I stayed at this condo last week, and it was lovely, from the shady trees around the project to various facilities and 2 swimming pools! They all are well maintained, and the gym is well adequate. Because there were not many people, it wasn't crowded when I used the gym. The room I rented was decorated nicely, clean, and fully-furnished. Good location near Khao Takiab, a very peaceful location. The traveling is convenient, and you can go for dining easily as there are seafood restaurants along the way as well as a market and convenience stores. Recommend! If you are looking for a quiet place in Hua Hin, stay here! terrific

I decided to buy this condo, and I wasn't disappointed. I like the quiet and private surroundings because it is next to Khao Takiab beach, which is less crowded than Hua Hin Beach. I also like that Sansiri develops the project as I trust its design and standards. The condo looks good in a modern resort-style. I bought a 1 bedroom unit in which the layout is neatly divided to make my living comfortable, not cramped. At the same time, it is also decorated with good quality furniture. It's really easy to move in. It's also perfect if you don't want to spend much time decorating. The condo facilities are also considered complete because there is a swimming pool, indoor parking lot, gym, and playroom. The surrounding area has many restaurants and convenience stores. If you are hungry in the middle of the night, you can walk to 7-11 because it is only 300 meters away from the condo.

The condo is clean, quiet, and 200 meters a walking distance from the condo to the beach. There is a large communal pool for the residents to use the service. Other project facilities are also available such as a gym, car parking, and a playroom. Moreover, the condo has a green area that is well maintained. People are also not crowded, very private. Furthermore, the condo is near markets, shops, and cafes. There are Tuk-Tuks within walking distance that I can use the service to travel around the tourist attractions with peace of mind.
The atmosphere is quiet, not busy.

I have been here for about 2 months. It is a condo to meet my needs in terms of privacy and convenience. It was so impressive because the condo provides a swimming pool, a garden, excellent security, and good services to help the residents. The atmosphere here is quiet and not busy at all. The location is not far from the city, close to convenience stores, markets, and restaurants. This place is very suitable for me because I don't like chaos. Personally, I like it here. If there is a chance to visit Hua Hin. I would definitely like to stay here again.

If you love a condo by the beach with a quiet atmosphere. This condo is one of the interesting options as it's just 200 meters from Khao Takiab or 5 minutes by foot. The beach is very private. The staff always takes good care of cleanliness. The room selection is very wide, ranging from 1-3 bedrooms. My room has 3 bedrooms. Not too pricey, considering its quality.
