I'm searching for a villa in Samui for my family on Google, and I'm interested in this project's made-to-order houses. They have 2 types of homes. The first type of villa offers a beautiful view of the sea, the mountains, and the sunset. The second type has direct access to the landscaped gardens. Each type of villa has 3-4 spacious bedrooms, divides the area into the right proportion, and many high-quality built-in furniture are provided. All villas come with a beautiful private swimming pool and sunbed that everyone can enjoy. The common area also has a garden for relaxation. I think the price is reasonable. The location is convenient for traveling near Choeng Mon Beach. This project's owner is quite experienced in many projects, so we have a certain level of trust. I talked to the salesperson, and she gave me useful information. However, I will have to discuss with my father first if he wants to visit the property before we proceed with the contract for the construction.

It is a very eye-catching villa, which is modernly designed, suitable for sustainable living. As it comes with 3 bedrooms and a lovely pool, it's perfect for a family. Nice atmosphere, high security, and conveniently located in the local community. Finding restaurants couldn't be easier. There are also many shops around and only 5 minutes from Choeng Mon Beach.
