It's a great and very worthwhile condo, and also, it's in an excellent location. It's suitable for those who own a car as it's located next to the inbound road that can connect to Ramkhamhaeng and Petchburi road. From the condo, it's also not that far away from the Ekkamai and Thonglor area. In terms of the room, it's not very spacious, but it still makes me feel comfortable as I stay alone. It's very nice that the room is fully-equipped with built-in furniture. The exterior design is simple but stylish. Overall, it's nice, so I would like to recommend it.

Its a typical Grade B construction, with some substandard construction materials. Good to life her for a few years but it will not last a decade. First of all, I think that residents choosing this condo have their cars because the project is remoted to public transportation such as the Airport Rail Link. But in the future, there will be the Orange Line, Ramkhamhaeng MRT Station, which is about 380 meters away from the project. It is within walking distance. The residents can also use the bus or minibus service, which will be a little more convenient as It's just a few steps to the project. There will be a bus stop as an option. The project's location is connected to many roads, and the neighborhood is full of restaurants so that you can find food easily. It is also near the mall and supermarkets. The project design and decoration are modern, using black, white, and gold tones to be luxurious. The room layout is well organized. The project's facilities are on the 1st and 2nd floor with a swimming pool, fitness center, a library, a social club. The project's highlight is a 25-meters-long swimming pool in a free-form shape for various uses. For my 26-square-meter studio room, I think the room has a clear layout for a bedroom, a living room with a large window for natural light, and a high ceiling to make the room more spacious. So, I can use the space efficiently. I think the room's materials are in an average standard according to the price of the room. The room's floor is made from laminate. Overall, this condo is striking in terms of location and price. It also meets the trendy lifestyles of the new generation.
My dad bought this condo for me when I was an exchange student in 2014. It is a small condo; the unit area is about 29.70 sq.m. and suitable for 1-2 people, or even a couple. I stayed with my sister as she moved to Thailand in 2015. My dad bought a studio room with fully-furnished furniture. Although the room is small, the built-in furniture decoration is well organized, which makes the room look spacious and airy.
By the way, the common area is suitable for residents. There is a full range of facilities such as a greenery garden, swimming pool, a gym, elevators, CCTV cameras, and 24-hour security guards.
At the end of the exchange student course, I got a working chance at Ramkhamhaeng where is not far from the condo. It is convenient to travel everywhere, but the traffic will be jam in the evening after work. People mostly drive and take their vehicles. For me, it is not a problem because my workplace is near to the condo. However, parking space is what I think to be a problem because there is limited parking space.
