My dad bought this condo for me when I was an exchange student in 2014. It is a small condo; the unit area is about 29.70 sq.m. and suitable for 1-2 people, or even a couple. For my 26-square-meter studio room, I think the room has a clear layout for a bedroom, a living room with a large window for natural light, and a high ceiling to make the room more spacious. So, I can use the space efficiently. I think the room's materials are in an average standard according to the price of the room. The room's floor is made from laminate. Overall, this condo is striking in terms of location and price. It also meets the trendy lifestyles of the new generation.
