I bought this condo last year. The first reason I bought here because the greenery communal garden is vast, green, and pleasant. Besides, there are numerous shops, restaurants, and famous department stores that conveniently buy anything. Walking out of the project, there is everything you need.
For the interior, the furniture is arranged perfectly. The room is not very big, but the project has designed the furniture well, making the living room airy and comfortable. It is especially in the morning, and there is the sun shining through the glass windows makes the room look wider and brighter. What excites us is that this project is 39 stories high, and there are no tall buildings around at all, making it possible to experience Bangkok's beautiful atmosphere. The communal pool is clean. I enjoy swimming and communing with fantastic scenery.
It is convenient to travel by private cars, buses, or even BTS Skytrain as for traveling because public buses are running in front of the project all the time. However, you can also walk to Central Ladprao BTS Station for about 6 minutes; it is 450 meters away from the project. The staff here is very helpful and friendly, especially the guards. They are lovely and smiling all the time.
Overall, everything is OK, including the communal area, the interior decoration, as well as the staff. However, the parking spaces seem to be the issue because of the limited parking spaces. My friends complained about it; for me, it's okay because I usually take the BTS services.

I am an employee of an international airline, currently working at Suvarnabhumi International Airport. Therefore, I looked for a condo that is not very far from the airport because I will visit some places during the flight stop in Bangkok. The room I chose to rent is a studio room. I chose a studio room because I'm alone and rarely stay at a condo because there is a flight that has to fly abroad all the time. The interior is fully furnished, and it is very fit, not too small, and too big. The rental price is also not expensive and suitable for foreigners or even people who work near the airport.
I have stayed here for 4 years, its very convenient for people who drive a car or without. There's motobike to go to the nearest APL station (Hua Mak) , It can easily access to town or Survanabhumi airport. Inside the mooban have their own private gym and swimming pool. All managed well by the management.Overall , its really good location and convenient place to stay. And not to mention, the price is affordable compare to the city unit. It's very suitable for family stay.
