I bought this condo last year. The first reason I bought here because the greenery communal garden is vast, green, and pleasant. Besides, there are numerous shops, restaurants, and famous department stores that conveniently buy anything. Walking out of the project, there is everything you need. For the interior, the furniture is arranged perfectly. The room is not very big, but the project has designed the furniture well, making the living room airy and comfortable. It is especially in the morning, and there is the sun shining through the glass windows makes the room look wider and brighter. What excites us is that this project is 39 stories high, and there are no tall buildings around at all, making it possible to experience Bangkok's beautiful atmosphere. The communal pool is clean. I enjoy swimming and communing with fantastic scenery. It is convenient to travel by private cars, buses, or even BTS Skytrain as for traveling because public buses are running in front of the project all the time. However, you can also walk to Central Ladprao BTS Station for about 6 minutes; it is 450 meters away from the project. The staff here is very helpful and friendly, especially the guards. They are lovely and smiling all the time. Overall, everything is OK, including the communal area, the interior decoration, as well as the staff. However, the parking spaces seem to be the issue because of the limited parking spaces. My friends complained about it; for me, it's okay because I usually take the BTS services.

At first, looking for a condo in Bangkok is one of the big problems for me as I came from a different province, and it is such a tight time to find a beautiful place to stay. So it gave me a lot of pressure because I'm looking for somewhere near my office and it has to be convenient for traveling. When I visited the project for the first time, I fell in love as I don't have to worry about commuting. There might be some traffic jams because the road around Major Ratchayothin is under construction. But that is just after work. From the main road, it is within walking distance to the project. It doesn't seem dangerous if you go back late at night or easily use a public motorbike. The location is good because I really don't like a condo on the main roads. I can't stand loud noise from the traffic. It is also nice in the room. I used to live in a single-detached house so I will need spacious accommodation. The room plan is well-thought, comfortable, and spacious. When I cook Thai food, there might be some irritating smell but it won't last long. If you choose the room on the higher floors, I'm sure the view will be more stunning. Juristic persons take care of us quite well. So many rules, but understandable as they ensure the security, cleanliness. Never once I will find the problem from living here. I like the common area the most as it is wide and shady. If I don't go out on the weekend, you can find me there. Or if I want to go out, it's super convenient because there are many malls such as Central Lad Prao, Jatujak Market, Major Ratchayothin. One more thing, it is a food hub as there are markets if you want to cook. I'm totally happy with it!

This project is recognized as the best location because it is very close to Ladprao BTS intersection, only 450 meters away. Also, Mo Chit Bus Station is not far from the condo too; it is about 5 km. You can go everywhere very conveniently. There are many convenient stores and restaurants nearby, such as Tesco Lotus, in front of the alley, only 3 minutes away, and Central Ladproa only 500 meters walk too. It is easy to find something to eat and shop. This project is close to Vachirabenjatas Park, Chatuchak Park, and Major Cineplex Ratchayothin as well. We can enjoy a large common area. There are a big garden and a corner place for relaxation. Also, there is the swimming pool where it is on the upper floor with overlooking the beautiful view of the city. They are some problem with servicing because many people lived here. Some of the residents or tenants complained about the slow work of the Juristic person, but for us, it is acceptable.

Abstracts Phahonyothin Park is the best place for anyone looking for an excellent place to stay in Bangkok and needs the atmosphere surrounded by nature. There is an ozone area where it is allowed to breathe and commune with the fresh air. I want to recommend this place because it is suitable for people who want greenery space in the central of Bangkok. I want to recommend this place to all of you, and it will be the best option for many people looking for a condo in this Bangkok Metropolis. The condo has a huge greenery space as its highlight. Therefore, I decided to buy it here because I do love nature and decided to buy a studio room. I chose the studio room because I was alone and wanted the place with the right size, not too big. The common area is divided into sections such as the library, fitness room, swimming pool, playroom, etc. The part we like the most is the surrounding area of ​​the condo, a small forest surrounded by trees and gardens. There is an area for relaxing and reading books. I enjoyed having a seat and rested there. Another reason is that I didn't have much time to travel to other provinces to experience nature, that's why we chose here. The room I bought is a studio room with a nice corner overlooking the greenery garden. When I woke up in the morning, it will receive fresh air. In the evening, the atmosphere is shady and cool. When you look outside the room, you'll feel relaxed. On holiday, we like to walk to the Chatuchak Market because there are numerous restaurants, clothing shops, miscellaneous goods, etc. It takes not much time to travel and don't have to waste time driving our own vehicles. I was a student at Kasetsart University. At first, I chose several places to stay, both dormitory and condominiums. In the end, I decided to stay here, and I stayed at the condo for four years, the project made me feel like home because there were a lot of green spaces. Also, I loved the location so much because it is closed to Lotus Supercenter located in front of the condo. Moreover, you can take about 10 minutes to the university, just 5 km from the condo. On Saturday, you can go to the Chatuchak market for shopping for small flowers and trees to decorate the balcony gardening. Besides, The Ha Yaek Lat Phrao BTS Station (480 m) is closed to the project as well. With an excellent project, I chose the studio room to live. The apartment is very spacious compared to other projects, and there is a kitchen to cook. The common area in this project provides many places to get relaxing; however, a gym and swimming pool are my favorite places that I went there very often. The swimming pool is quite wide, suitable for exercise. Unluckily, there will be a lot of people at the weekend.

Lately married with my wife and decided to live in a good condo in the center of the city. This place is very impressive. Less than 10 minutes walk to Central Ladprao and easily connect to the other transportations. You can travel on many routes because it is next to Ladprao BTS and close to Phahon Yothin MRT, but if anyone has a private car, you do not have to worry about parking. They provide parking spaces for the number of residents. There is a shuttle service to the residents to the car park as well. Which is very convenient when rushing the atmosphere in the room is excellent. Some supplied Wooden furniture floors are easy to clean. Our room is on a very high level so we can see a view. It is very impressed with the night view city. My wife loves exercising and is fascinated with the gym because of the full equipment. But it is recommended to use the service in the morning & afternoon as there are not so crowded. There are two common areas, the 52nd floor, and the lower lobby. It is not boring because you can enjoy a lot of activities, just a few steps out of your room. Anyone who likes swimming has an indoor and outdoor pool. I love the outdoor salt system pool. Because in the evening the view is so stunning. There are many elevators here, but it takes quite a long time to wait. Overall, it is impressive for both the project and the service system.

I bought a condo here since the project was completed because the condo location is close to the Lad Phrao BTS station, Phahon Yothin MRT, it’s easily traveled around. The condo also has educational institutes and leading department stores such as Central Ladprao, Union Mall, Major Ratchayothin, Lotus, and the market, such as the Chatuchak market, the train market can choose to buy something according to your taste. In addition to the location that is featured here within the project, there is still a large green area. Making you feel closer to nature. The central part also has a swimming pool in the middle of the building and a large outdoor swimming pool on the rooftop, you can see a beautiful 180-degree view of the city. Dressed up with a sky garden Open-air, the condo also has a sauna, complete fitness equipment, and 24 hours security system with CCTV. The problem at the property is very rare since it’s been rented out. I rarely have to take care of anything. Each month, collect only the rent.

I have been married for two years with my Thai husband. My husband and I work at the Phaholyothin area. Previously, we were looking for a condo in the center of Bangkok and near the office. I wouldn't say I liked it at all. I kept searching until I met Abstracts Phahonyothin Park, surrounded by a pleasant environment and beautiful facilities such as markets, public transport, shopping malls, and famous schools. It's all close to the Abstracts Phahonyothin Park condominium, and walk a little further. You will reach the Phahonyothin Blue Line Skytrain, only 800 kilometers away. It is very convenient and, another I like the style of the garden here, the concept Park in the park is that we can admire the 180-degree garden view and there is a very beautifully decorated sky garden. Allowing us to get closer to nature as well, which is one of the reasons that I love it here. When we come back from work, we can see something green, and it makes it comfortable and has fun living here. There is a fully equipped, clean, and safe swimming pool, fitness room, steam room, sauna, and children's recreation room. Suppose which family with children here is suitable for kids. Also, there is a place for children to sit and relax and has a library as well. It is complete, and there is no disappointment. I have a store at Union Mall with a plan to expand the business to nearby places such as Central Ladprao, Major Ratchayothin, and Amonphan Market, so I decided to buy a condo close to that area as it will make my journey to my shop easier and more convenient. I found Abstracts Phahonyothin Park. I would say that I like this condo as the room of this project is large enough for both living and storing my goods. It is easy to get to other places. This condo is on the main road, a very heavy traffic jam, but it is connected to many ways making it easy to travel. You can go to the center of Bangkok, such as Ratchathewi, Phaya Thai, and Rama 1 districts, it is easy to travel. This project close to Phahon Yothin MRT and Lad Phrao BTS. More importantly, it is also close to the Si Rat Expressway and Chalerm Mahanakorn Expressway. It is thus making traveling anywhere even more comfortable. It is time-saving as well.
