My family and I relocated to Chiang Mai, so I looked for a house to buy here. Then, I came across this resale 3-bedroom house. It looks great and durable. Plus, living space is divided into the perfect proportion. Most importantly, the location is perfect since it is close to the malls, schools, and 700 Year Stadium Chiang Mai, which is something that meets my lifestyle. Unfortunately, there are almost no facilities within the project besides gardens, CCTV, and 24-hour security. It makes me still unable to decide whether to buy a house or not. However, my wife seems to like it as she doesn't like to exercise or go swimming in the pool.
