The common area maintenance fee is ฿50 per square meter based on the size of indoor area of the property and is ฿2,000 for this condo. This fee has to be paid by owners for the upkeep of the common areas of the project. If you are looking for investment property in Phuket, I think it is a good choice. The service can be said as a very good serve as a 5-star rating, and there are many options for investment. If you do not like difficult travel, there is a free shuttle bus available to many locations (additional charges may apply). I think it's worth the long term investment, or it can be purchased as a vacation rental because it is located in a prime location close to the beach, quiet and private.
