Great condo at an affordable price

I bought it here last year. It is worth paying as the quality is superb. The room I bought is a one-bedroom room; the size is okay, not too cramped. The room is clearly-divided. The materials used are standard and durable. Unfortunately, the project has only two types of rooms that are the studio and one-bedroom, which aren't suitable for living with many people. The project atmosphere is quite jolly with a lot of residents, as a small community. The staff here is friendly and has a strong multi-tasking skill. The condo is located in Pattaya's heart, making it easy to travel anywhere, walking about 5 minutes to the Big C department store, where I always go shopping. It can be very convenient for those who have a car to roam around and enjoy the view at Jomtien Beach, which takes only 15 mins. Also, you can go shopping at Central Festival in only 15 mins. The project's parking space isn't enough for all residents; sometimes, you may have to double parking. The swimming pool is large. I often sit by the pool in the evenings. Overall, this condo is great, plus it comes with an affordable price.
