Nice design townhouse in a convenient location.

We have searched a lot before buying the house. This project is perfect for our family. It is a 2-story townhome with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, located in Kathu at an affordable price. The house comes with downspout drain pipes which made me save a lot of money as I do not need to renovate it before moving in. The house also has a simple design with white paint color, spacious usable area, parking space. Overall the house is good, has a great facility such as a swimming pool, garden, a fitness center, CCTV and located close to Makro Phuket, Central Festival Phuket, Bangkok Hospital Siriroj, takes less than 15 minutes by car. It is very convenient.
