The common area maintenance fee is ฿60 per square meter based on the size of indoor area of the property and is ฿17,095 for this villa. Not the best rental experience. We cut our agreement short. There are better properties out there in the market.

Good location, quiet, less crowded by cars passing by. The project atmosphere is shady, relaxing, and safe because there is a security guard working all the time. The staff is attentive, gives us a good recommendation, and speaks fluent English. In the pool villas, the area is spacious and decorated beautifully. Sala and terrace are perfect spots for everyone in the family to enjoy drinking. Our 3 bedrooms are well furnished, breezy, and Wi-fi is fast. There is a housekeeper to clean the room every day. Excellent! Oh, the project is near Layan beach too. You can drive for 10 minutes.

A very pleasant villa! We have a great time here. The staff is excellent with fabulous room service - superb dining time. The villa is a spacious one-bedroom, beautifully decorated with wooden materials to give a warm feeling. Focus on wood material to make it look warm. There is a private swimming pool and secured by a fence. The project is located in a quiet community, especially at night. Renting a car or taking the property's taxi is recommended. Only 10 minutes to Layan Beach.
