Air gaps between functional areas and levels. Green roofs and significant plantings to blend in with natural surroundings. Eclectic but thematic design elements to evoke mix of Middle Eastern and Thai influences, which both considered very welcoming cultures. Blends modern build with traditional handmade furniture. For large parts of the exterior we used locally sourced stone cladding. We have chosen to use quality materials and build that had much longer life of and so instead of outsourcing environmental concerns, we kept an eye on the consumption and resources the building uses a more practical approach to sustainability. We have our own water supply via an artisanal well and a large area dedicated to growing our own vegetables and fruits. One of the considerations when designing this Villa was the need to have a totally fulfilled guest they should not lack any of the most basic amenities one would expect from a resort. Example included the basic fully stocked gym. Large private Cinema complete with popcorn machine, plus a multi-purpose game room in a Moroccan style for easy relaxation and then added a 1000 bottle wine cellar with space for cards meals or just a quiet secluded chat. To this we then added a Full spa with steam room , massage rooms and Jacuzzi rock pool to create a true Oasis spa environment. All of this to ensure that should a guess not wish to leave the villa they would lack for nothing.
