I love this condominium. Very quiet, and well maintained. Renovated pool area, recently painted buildings. Very good management, and nice peoples in the office.

The condo here is relatively new and provides good maintenance. The room I stay in is phase 1, next to the communal swimming pool. The room has a spacious balcony and is fully furnished. The project features a fitness room, sauna, and several swimming pools. In addition, the staff are super friendly and helpful. The downside is that it is open for daily rental. Sometimes, it is noisy from the next room, and it is busy during the day. Overall, it is fair, reasonable price, convenient transportation, and not far from the main road.
