No regret buying this place at all, worth every penny. The house I bought has 4 bedrooms with a large living area. The facilities inside the project are a clubhouse, swimming pool, gym, and sauna. The location is in the Hang Dong area, which is quite distant from the town, about 30 minutes drive. So good that the project is in a residential area, surrounded by restaurants and convenience stores. Excellent!
I had the opportunity to visit my friends in Chiang Mai who lives in this village. The location is very good as it's located in the heart of tourist attractions such as Wat Phra That Doi Kham and Chiang Mai Safari. The neighborhood of the project has many famous northern restaurants. World Club Village is a relatively large village, so there is a diversity of neighbors. The house also comes in different designs with a mixture of Lanna touch, decorated in a unique Thai style. Really cool!

The house is a beautiful and modern design with a spacious living area and almost 4 meters high ceiling. It was in nice proportion and functional. It comes with European style kitchen and quality furniture, which makes it worth paying. The common area includes a clubhouse, swimming pool, mineral water system, garden, and playground. Parents with children will like it very much. Besides the project, it concerns the health and safety of the residents. They clean the common area regularly. Importantly, the staff can assist whenever we have a problem, and they solve it quickly. It is convenient to travel from the project, close to the children's school, Lanna International School, in less than 10 minutes by car, comfy for us, and about 15 minutes to Chiang Mai downtown. I think I made the right choice as it's so convenient in every aspect. Impressed!
