this project was just recently completed. i had a chance to see many rooms of various sizes, and they were stunning. there are multiple layouts available to choose from, but most of the rooms are suitable for living alone. the proportions are neatly arranged, and the furniture is beautiful. the common area is the project's highlight because it has many amenities to use for exercising. as i love exercising, i think i like the health areas with yoga, a fitness room, a sauna, a bike simulator, etc. there is no comment on the location because everything is in the chatuchak area. it's great that chatuchak park is nearby, and the transportation is convenient because of the mrt chatuchak station. i visited the show unit at this project last week and was impressed by the beautiful and eye-catching project design style. the one-bedroom unit is beautifully decorated and well-proportioned. the walk-in closet is my favorite part because i want to separate the bedroom and dressing room. there are quite a lot of common areas. traveling anywhere is convenient because it is near the lat phrao bts station. i'm a doctor at kluaynamthai hospital. i'm looking for a condo for sale in this area because my home is a long distance from my workplace, so i want to buy a condo to live in during working days. i had the opportunity to see the room. i like a 2 bedroom condo because i want to separate another room for the dressing room, and each room is fully furnished, which is ready to move in. the thing that i am really impressed with is the project's facilities as it is comprehensive, including a swimming pool, yoga room, sauna, library, meeting room, and 24 hr. security system. furthermore, this condo is only 350 meters from my workplace, so i can easily walk there. it is also close to a range of amenities, such as shopping malls, hospitals, schools, universities, and bts station. i have many reasons why i did not hesitate to buy this condo. the luxury condo near lat phrao intersection. conveniently commute by car and phahon yothin mrt station. there is also a bus stop right in front of the project. but in this zone, the traffic conditions are congested during rush hour. the surrounding area is lively and fully supplied. it is also near the office buildings, centralplaza lat phrao, union mall, and lots of eateries. as for the room, i give 10/10. the room is lovely and livable. the function is well-thought-out with a closed kitchen, so you don't have to worry about the food smell. the material is also worth the price. if you are looking for a condo for a living or an investment, this is the place to be. definitely worth it! i bought a room in this project to rent out and live in because i realized the potential of this project. also, according to project special offers, it made me want to live in it. i like the rooftop facilities, which include the social club, gym, private theater room, and yoga room. as for the outdoor facilities, it comprises a swimming pool and a beautiful sky garden with 360-degree views. besides, the landscapes are unobstructed by any buildings. in fact, there are many other facilities provided. the surrounding area is densely packed with numerous amenities, such as ha yaek lat phrao bts, centralplaza lat phrao, union mall, etc. furthermore, the room i bought was a studio for renting out, but a spacious and beautifully decorated 2-bedroom unit for living. it is a worthwhile condo. it is a very beautiful and luxurious house. the materials used for decoration are so good and luxurious. also, there is a high ceiling design, making the house look more spacious. i really like this project, especially the prado type with 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, and fully furnished. moreover, most importantly, the project also has a 24-hour security system and cctv, making you feel more at ease. besides, the project is located not far from centralplaza lat phrao and lat phrao mrt. i decided to buy this house since my friend recommended it, so i came to see the sample units. it is a spacious 5-bedroom. more importantly, this project has only eight units, which creates a peaceful atmosphere. plus, it is next to the bts, so it’s super easy to get around. it’s also close to several routes, with access to all conveniences, such as schools, hospitals, chatuchak park, and jj mall. however, the project is still under construction. it might be completed within three months. my family and i are so excited, so we’re ready to move in soon. ohh! the project allows us to have pets which are perfect as we have our 2 lovely cats. it’s a shame that there are not many facilities apart from the security guards and cctv, since there are only 8 units and every unit comes with a private swimming pool. i was looking for a great new condo and convenient traveling. when i came across this project on phaholyothin road. it is a new high-rise condo near lat phrao intersection, which is conveniently located near phahon yothin mrt, central ladprao, and tesco lotus. this is a brand-new project from sansiri, so i feel more confident to buy a unit here because of the developer's reputation. i was impressed with many things, such as the room design, which is perfect. there are 1 bed, 2 bed, and duplex as options, and all the facilities you can think of. you can find a garden, co-working space, co-living space, communal kitchen, co-playing space, fitness, and a rooftop pool. i just reserved a room immediately because it is so nice with full facilities. i can't miss it! a new condominium project under construction from ap thailand company. amazing facilities designed which the pool is set on the 44th floor, the highest floor that comes with a gym, overlooking a wonderful scenery while exercising and swimming. the location is also easily accessible, 11 meters close to ha yaek lad phrao bts and far from phahon yothin mrt, only 600 meters. after viewing the project, the project entrance will be only the problem because it's too narrow. however, it won't bother people who don't own cars. i think it will give the best yield in the future. i bought this condo at the beginning of this year. it is a new condo development because it was just completed 2 years. the location is also considered great because it's in the community, easy to find food, while also close to the market and shopping malls. love it so much! my room has 1 bedroom with a living area of 30 sq.m., which is a perfect size, as well as modern and fully furnished. more specially, every unit has cctv installed in front of the door, making it extremely secure. the facilities also vary, which are available for 24 hours, including the swimming pool, garden, key card access, and parking spot. since i've been here, my life has been more convenient.
