i lived here for 5 years and enjoyed the space, peace and tranquillity. maintenance was always on hand to change a light bulb or fix bathrooms and the pool area is superb. the apartments are spacious and i had a balcony that was great for sitting out on for a coffee or glass of wine in the evening. the management fee is also very reasonable compared to newer blocks. highly recommend.

the apartments with balconies overlooking the river on the quiet side are the ones to go for. avoid the ones on the other side. high quality materials were used in this building and is it quiet, peaceful and really convenient for everything on this side of the river with icon siam, villa supermarket, loads of shops and a ferry boat and bts station. great river views. owned for three years here. only gripe i have is with owners who illegally rent on airbnb but they are reported and fined by management when caught.

this is most likely still one of the most affordable riverfront projects to date. security and management is professional because the project is divided in serviced apartment and residential. beautiful views over the chaopraya river and the units are spacious. quality of materials are sustainable and its definitely worth an investment for long term purpose

the river is definitly the best choice for those who want to live near by the river chap praya - its close to the sathorn bridge. got a boat schuttle service if you need to reach the bts station saphran taksin or others places near by the river as icon siam or asiatique. the condo is in spectacular condition. the lobby looks like a 5 stars hotel entrance you really feel good to reach home everyday. the swimingpool give you a resort feeling, big area to chill around with large seats and sofas and a lot of trees.

a special place for couples, the most luxurious high-rise buildings in the silom area. the staff here provides professional service and are always on hand to help. the project also has an advanced safety system, a swimming pool, fitness center, and lounge available. more importantly, the project has a rooftop bar, which is a famous place in bangkok. the view here is amazing. i would recommend it!!!

know the project information from the internet. it is considered to be another very interesting condo. last vacation, i decided to go to the project and inspected the showroom. i have to explain first. there are 2 buildings in this project, divided into the north and the south, and each building has different floors and units. the northside building consists of a 37-story high with 429 residential units, while the southside building comprises 41-story with 481 residential units; the total number of rooms is 910 units on an area of ​​approximately 4 rai. rhythm sathorn is another large and quality project that can be observed from the furniture and materials used. as far as i know, this place has invited naoto fukasawa, a famous interior designer from japan, to design some of the project rooms. the rooms here are available from 1 bedroom (35 - 55 sq.m.) and 2 bedrooms (62.7 - 65.7 sq.m.) the interior of the room is decorated in a modern style that emphasizes simplicity but remains luxury. the project is located in the heart of the city, and not far from the old town. even though this condo is not situated along the chao phraya river, i can commune with the phraya river's view. notably, there are various options to get to the condo, whether taking a saphan taksin station, which is the nearest station, only 340 meters. for those who travel by private car, it is equally comfortable because the point of getting on and off the expressway is not very far from the condo. apart from that, traveling by public boat is also another option of traveling to the project because sathorn pier is close to the condo, only 340 meters, you can walk comfortably. let's talk about the facilities here. as i said above, there are 2 buildings in this project, the common area and the facilities of each building are not much different. for the north building, it is on the 36th floor, which is the rooftop of that building. the swimming pool here looks like a beautiful with l-shape, but only 5 meters wide, and it is considered very narrow. the kid's pool is like the general communal pool separated from the adult pool exactly. there are 2 fitness rooms here to use. you can also see the city view. you can exercise and see the view at the same time. there are only 487 car parking spaces, an average 53% of the room, which is very little. one more thing here, i believe everyone who visits this condo will see the abandoned building view across the street. that is only about 100 meters away. i recommend choosing a room on the south or east side because you can avoid those terrible buildings view.

amazing pool landscape plus a sauna! i stayed in an 80sqm two-bedroom unit with a river view and i enjoyed every morning. it's a fantastic building and the only real drawback is the traffic over sapan taksin

luxury room, good location with 360 degrees beautiful bangkok and chao phraya river views on the building. the condo site is luxuriously decorated and magnificent, including many cozy corners and a large communal pool to enjoy swimming on the weekends. parking is spacious and easy to find. importantly, always get excellent service from the staff. very impressive!!

i'm not disappointed about buying a room in this condo because my life is much more comfortable. the location is excellent as it is close to the surasak bts station, only 560 meters, and very close to robinson bangrak. i bought a one-bedroom unit at 45 square meters. it is considered enough for living alone. i didn't feel uncomfortable or cramped at all. there is also a space left for decoration. also, there are many facilities available, including a saltwater swimming pool, a fitness center, and a garden for relaxation overall, i like it here.
