Facilities
As for the luxurious condo with stunning overlooking Chao Phraya View, the developer provides a full range of facilities and unique gardens and a walkway along the river 120 meters with a private pier. The common area is on the 5th floor. There is a fitness, 50-meter salt lap pool with the panoramic view of the Chao Phraya River, a multi-purpose sports court, a sky garden, and a playground. Moreover, it is the ideal project because the parking spaces are adequate for residents and a luxury shuttle boat of the project to go to the Saphan Taksin BTS station. Direction to Project
- Traveling by car, cross the Sathorn Bridge if you drive from Sathorn Road, and always keep left on the bridge. After passing through the bridge, get off the left side, and you will see the intersection. Turn left again and go through the Sathorn Bridge. After passing about 100 meters of the bridge, you will see the project on your right-hand side.
- Traveling by public transportation, you can get off at Saphan Taksin Station. The project will have a boat service between the pier of The river condominium and the pier at the BTS station. Also, the project is not far from Krung Thon Buri BTS station.

Foreigners can own a condominium Freehold in their own name. Condominium ownership is best explained by looking at an example of a project that has 100 units for sale.

In this example, 49 of the total units in this building (or 49% of the total salable area) can be owned outright by non-thai nationals in their name.  The ownership titles of these 49 units is referred to as Freehold or Foreign Quota. 

This leaves 51 units remaining in the building (or 51% of the total salable). The freehold rights to these units are reserved for Thai nationals in what is commonly referred to as the Thai quota.

    This is most likely still one of the most affordable riverfront projects to date. Security and Management is professional because the project is divided in serviced apartment and residential. Beautiful views over the chaopraya river and the units are spacious. Quality of materials are sustainable and its definitely worth an investment for long term purpose

    The River is definitly the best choice for those who want to live near by the River chap praya - its close to the sathorn bridge. Got a boat schuttle service if you need to reach the BTS Station Saphran Taksin or others places near by the river as Icon Siam or Asiatique. The condo is in spectacular condition. The lobby looks like a 5 stars hotel entrance you really feel good to reach home everyday. The swimingpool give you a resort feeling, big area to chill around with large seats and sofas and a lot of trees.
