Hua Hin Beach

i would like to thank khun nat from fazwaz for allowing myself and partner to rent this unit for the last 4+ months. facilities are great, and the staff are all helpful. i recommend this condo facility to anyone wanting to rent and if available. central to everything in hua hin. khun nat from fazwaz has always been very helpful during our time here. sorry to leave but we have found a house to rent.

a beautiful complex with pleasant staff, in a good location with a large, beautiful pool. only a few owners live here themselves, or only a few apartments are rented to the same tenants on a long-term basis. unfortunately, it is not always pleasant at the pool due to the high turnover and particularly loud people, especially their children from certain countries with a lot of money and little empathy and respect for other nationalities.

great amazing facility with friendly staff. place is modern and clean. really enjoyed this place and it is in the heart of downtown hua hin.

the best thing about this building, is maybe the huge pool located in the middle of the city. walking you can go literally everywhere in hua hin, the beach, shopping mall, night market, railway station it is uniquely located in the middle of all attractions. also it is new and the facilities are top notch. the personnel is friendly and helpful. it is an amazing place!

i reserved one of the units here recently as it's an interesting vacation condo on hua hin beach. also, it's not far from bangkok, only 3-hour driving, so the place is perfect as a vacation home. the highlight of this place is that the service is the same as the intercontinental hotel, a famous five-star hotel chain. i used to stay in this hotel in phuket, and i'm quite impressed by the service, which is another reason i chose it here. the condo comes with a swimming pool, a gym, a spa, and a large garden that makes the project's atmosphere look very relaxing. the units are spacious, ranging from 1 bedroom to 4 bedrooms, including duplex rooms and penthouses. my unit is a one-bedroom type for my wife and me. there is also some furniture, but you may need to purchase some more. in terms of price, i think it is quite high compared to the quality of living. with a service comparable to a five-star hotel, i think it's very worthwhile.

sansiri's new project, beautiful and attractive, next to petchkasem road. able to walk across the road to the sea close to shopping malls and bangkok hospitals suitable for relaxing or buying for rent.

this project is located on the main road, the units are standard and have no decorations. small sized and perfect for singles with a low budget. major development does deliver good construction quality , so therefore its worth an investment. this project is in the heart of hua hin city, conveniently surrounded by all the landmarks and venues

nice sansiri project in the center of the city close to the beach - good quality and well taken care of. nice facilities and in walking distance to everything.
