Direction to the Project
To get to the project by car, you can start from Hua Hin Airport, heading south on Petchkasem Road (Road 4) for about 3.9 kilometers. Go straight for about 4.7 kilometers and keep right to make a U-turn for about 74 meters. Turn left into Soi Hua Hin 94/2 for about 10 meters, and you will see La Casita on the right-hand side.

    It's one of the projects I bought because I love the Spanish architecture design, which has many artistic features. I decided to buy this project under construction and purchased a studio room and intended to be a vacation place. I will have vacation time here. When it was completed, I'd visited here for relaxation. I was not disappointed at all and felt good. The project has been integrated with new things to make this place pleasant and relaxing. The common area is full of relaxation corners, a large swimming pool, a relaxation corner, a photo corner that is beautifully arranged, and a BBQ area. It makes life more comfortable as I can have a small party. Moreover, the project is located in an area where it easily accesses all Hua Hin Town amenities. It is convenient to go to important places and close to Hua Hin Beach, just a few steps only (450 meters close to the project). It is considered to be the beach that is easily accessible and close to the project.
