Too far from town, suitable for people who like privacy

The project here is located in the suburbs. If you don't get used to the road, you might get lost as it is quite far from the city and it takes a long time to travel to various places, suitable for people who like peace and privacy. However, the village is safe. I'm here with my Thai girlfriend. At first, I was impressed by the house because of the beautiful design and spacious area. But the project entrance is extremely difficult to find. Overall, good value for money !!
The price is reasonable and worth paying!

The project's atmosphere is really shady from a lush garden around and the large lake that compliments my holidays. The project has a swimming pool, clubhouse, fitness center, security system, and an automatic entrance. I can say that the facilities are complete. The project is a built-to-order house with 2-4 bedroom options. You can choose the house type as you want as well as the material quality. The price is reasonable and worth paying!

It is a single luxury house in American country style with chic and modern design, suitable for people who love luxury and great. Of course I love it! Park Avenue 15 project is located in a potential area of San Pu Loei and close to many tourist attractions in Chiang Mai, such as the Tweechol Botanical Garden, Chiang Mai Zoo, Muang Mai Market, and others. Since the project is located close to Route 121, it is very convenient and surrounded by all convenience in one place. It is easy to spend life here. It also ensures that it is safe because there is an excellent security system that always strictly checks the residents' cards and visitors. Excellent!!

I am very impressed with this project. Now. I've moved in for 3 months; the house condition is very good. I bought a single-story house at 103 square meters. The layout is quite spacious and divides the functional space. Moreover, the atmosphere in the village is quiet and shady. The project creates a park area and a lake for the residents to relax and exercise. The concept here is outstanding. There is also a swimming pool, a clubhouse, and a fitness center. Although this project is not in the center of Chiang Mai city, there are many restaurants around. This neighborhood has an excellent noodle shop. It is also not far from the Lotus Market.

I'm fascinated by how simple and unique the house is. The property has a lot of green space, so it's very shady since the car enter. The entire project covers by trees. There is a large lake as well. I'm very impressed here. The house we chose is 'Nontanan' with 60 sq.wa. It has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, which it's a bit too big for us, but in the future, we might have kids, and the relatives might visit, so that's why I chose it. The house looks vintage in American country style as we saw in movies. The color is in earthy tones such as light grey or light blue. The living area is spacious and functional. It's easy to travel from the property, not far from Central, Tesco Lotus Express, and great restaurants. Super convenient!
