An old condo with a very nice view

It is an old condo built a long time ago. It is the highest condominium in Patong. Thus, you can see a clear Patong beach view and the surrounding area. The room interior looks old, but it still works normally. The housekeeping service is provided every day. So our room is always in great care. The exterior looks old but clean and secured. The project is very ok in terms of location, and just a few minutes walk, reaching Patong Beach. However, we rarely use cars while staying here because the condo area is full of restaurants, shopping centers, pubs, and bars. It is such a memorable place, and I would like to come back to relax many times in the future.
Great condo near Patong Beach

I intended to relax with my friends at Patong Beach, and I tried to find many accommodations around the area. I'm glad that I found this place. I'm not disappointed. Overall, it is considered very okay. I was on the 25th floor, staying in a two-bedroom unit with an excellent view. The room is quite spacious and fully-furnished, which includes a refrigerator, TV, washing machine. The building's condition is a bit old, but very well maintained inside, making it always look new and clean. It is not far from Patong Beach and Bangla Road. There are also many restaurants for Thai and international food. I can say that staying in Patong is not bored. Within the project, there are both a gym and a swimming pool. Sometimes, when I didn't want to go out, I liked to spend time there. I came in the low season, so there weren't many people. The price is reasonable. I highly recommended anyone looking for accommodation in Patong Beach.

It is a high-rise condo in Patong's prime location amid the lively attractions in Patong as Bangla Road, Phuket's famous streets. I rented a 1 bedroom condo, consisting of a small kitchen with an electric stove and various kitchen utensils, suitable for cooking small meals with a beautiful view. The room faces the sea view, which is a very impressive scenery. In my opinion, Patong Tower is a more convenient place to stay in Patong than it can be. Besides, traveling is convenient as well, and able to travel on many routes.
Old condo, offering a nice view in the heart of Patong Beach

I have lived in Thailand for 5 years and moved to many places. When I found it, it is considered the best answer as I work in Patong and getting to work is also convenient. It takes only 10 minutes to ride a motorbike. The first time I moved in, it was fully furnished. My room is on the 15th floor, offering a beautiful sea view. It's worth the price paid. Besides, the project facilities are complete. But there was a time when the door was broken, and I called the staff to repair it. The project team was immediately implemented then. I'm impressed. After that, there is rarely a problem with the damaged items again !!
Very convenient place

From the place, you can see the beautiful sea view of Patong Bay. The condo is clean, safe, and cheap, located in the best location in Patong Beach, just 200 meters away from the beach. It's close to amenities such as Banana Walk and Bangla Road, an ideal area for party lovers. The neighborhood is a bit noisy here, not suitable for people loving peace. Most of the residents here are foreigners.
It was a pleasant time to stay here.

It was a pleasant time to stay even though it was only 2 weeks. Everything was excellent, from the service-minded staff to a clean pool. The room that I stayed in has 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom. The room is spacious and clean. Every piece of furniture is in good condition. The view from the balcony is the sea view of Patong Beach. In the evening, you can enjoy the stunning sunset. How beautiful! Besides, the project's location is also close to Patong Beach and Soi Bangla, only 200 meters. There are many convenience stores and fine restaurants. This is the best place to stay in Patong, even though it's a little old.
