Units at this project are a good size. Some of the top floor corner units have really large balconies and spacious layouts. The pool is a good size in a resort style shape which leaves lots of space for guests to relax. Parking is very limited and need a bike to get to any of the real main resturants and shops. You can however walk to both Surin and Bang Tao beach.
Walking distance to Bangtao beach!!!

Baan Puri is a great place to stay, family oriented with a nice onsite restaurant serving food all day (during high season), a big common pool and fitness as well. The apartments have a good size and balcony. The common areas are pretty well-maintained and fairly green. There is an on-site gym as well, on the 1st floor. Overall, Baan Puri offers a relaxed and relaxing atmosphere. Within walking distance to Bangtao beach with several local Thai restaurants.

I have reviewed the property a few times and I remain unconvinced. Pool is nice but fails to imress, resident parking and guest parking is outside the property and the gym is big, but that's about all i can say about it. Units are nice, location is pretty good and it has potential. but the pwners will need to make some key changes.
It's worth for a vacation condo or to buy for a long term investment.

If looking from the outside, I think the building design is quite ancient. Anyway, the interior is considered very well-designed. Modern furniture has been renovated and installed. The project location is near Surin Beach, and there are many communities in this neighborhood. The Swimming pool is also large, suitable for relaxing. There is also space for children to play in. I like the way the room decor because it is beautifully decorated. We rarely need to decorate anything because it is fully furnished and ready-to-move-in. The location is surrounded by nature, and the weather is very nice and not hot, increasing energy saving. I think it's worth the money and suitable for a vacation condo or to buy for a long term investment. So worth it!
