With construction commenced, the estimated completion date for this project is currently at February 2020.

This fee has to be paid every month by owners for the upkeep of the common areas of the project. Nai Yang Beach is the closest Beach from Utopia Thalang and it is 5.64 km away.

The building (the bricks and mortar) can be owned by a non-Thai national outright in their name in what is called the house registry which secures ownership indefinitely of the structure. 

In Thailand non-Thai nationals cannot own land outright in their name. Land can be controlled through either a Thai Company or a long-term registered lease. The longest registered lease term by Thai law is 30 years and most developers will offer 3 terms for a total of 90 years.

    My wife and I decided to buy this villa to rent it out because it is close to the airport and Mai Khao Beach. It takes a few minutes to travel. Also, the project connects to Thepkrasattri Road, where we can easily access Phuket Town. We've been waiting for the project to complete now and have the villa we bought. It's a 2-bedroom villa. The exterior and interior are designed in Japanese style. The on-site includes a swimming pool, a public park, and a children's playground, giving a sense of living in Japan. Moreover, there are guards and security systems as well. I get many discounts on spa, restaurant, and booking residences from being a Utopia club member. Besides, I can receive a 6% guaranteed rental return for 3 years. It's very worthwhile and meets the needs of investors well. In general, I'm okay with this project and Japanese-style lovers. I want to recommend those who are looking for a villa for investment.
