This is a community where many foreigners live, almost 80%. So, it's somewhat quiet because most of the houses were bought as a vacation home. And the owners rarely stay in Thailand. Each villa is gated with high fences, providing privacy and high security. It gives you peace of mind when you leave the house for a long time. Our villa is spacious with 4 bedrooms with an outdoor pool and a large garden area. The interior is well decorated with a set of modern furniture. And from the project, it is convenient to travel. It's close to Hua Hin beach, a golf course, and a short drive to the airport. So satisfied!

After we stayed here with friends last year, we visited and stayed here again. However, this year we come to stay with our family and choose the same villa with 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. The house has furniture and a full kitchen, including all utensils for cooking. It makes it convenient to make food easily. Besides, there is an outdoor swimming pool and a large garden next to the swimming pool, comfortably grilled and barbecue. The villa offers a very high level of privacy, and the house area has good fences. Moreover, the project features a 24-hour security guard, making us feel safe throughout our stay. Personally, we are impressed anytime we visit and would like to come again if there is a next chance.

The project here is quiet. I live in a single-story house with a swimming pool and a car park. The location is near the city, and it must be the most convenient. It matches our family so much. When I first moved in, I'm not familiar with the road here, and now I'm getting used to it. I felt that traveling was convenient. Moreover, it is also close to all amenities such as Makro Hua Hin, Night Market, Hua Hin Hospital, and only about 3-4 kilometers from the beach. It is such a not crowded community, and there are many cheap restaurants in the neighborhood !!

The house is very wide. Many people are living together. I bought this as a family vacation rental place because my family likes to travel to Hua Hin. I am not disappointed at all that I bought it because here the environment is good. There are a lot of foreigners living here, relatively peaceful and private because of the gated gates. Therefore, anyone who likes peace here is matching your needs well. In terms of amenities, there are such as a private swimming pool, Jacuzzi, and garden around the house. Besides, the interior of the house is decorated in a classic style with beautiful wooden furniture. I am delighted!

The house in this project is large, with a lot of space. It is very suitable for my family with pets. We need a home with space for our three dogs, and this house meets our needs. It also has privacy and is not busy. Even so, when I took my dog ​​for a walk. I met many cute neighbors, both Thai and foreigners. In terms of the house, it's in stunning design. It was not fashionable but well divided to serve various functions. It is very suitable for living as a family. I bought this house as a vacation home. The project is not far from Bangkok as it takes only a few hours drive. The house we bought is a spacious 3-bedroom detached house. Also, it's close to the golf course, where I usually go on weekends. Unfortunately, there is no fitness center on the project. Besides, I didn't find any problems. Overall, I'm satisfied with this place.

It is a lovely village for living peacefully with high privacy. There is an excellent security system. The house is available from 3-5 bedrooms with a private pool. There are a jacuzzi and a garden, making the house look shady and pleasant to live in. Good location, which allows convenient travel as it's close to many important places such as Hua Hin Airport, Hua Hin Hospital, and Golf Course.
