The development feels a bit remote and far out and convenience stores and restaurants are not within walking distance. The compound is well maintained and has a nice communal pool and gym area. No noisy roads nearby.

I bought it here a while ago. The villa is not that beautiful, but many in-villa facilities are complete. It includes a leisure garden with many big plants surrounded, making the villa shady. The atmosphere is good and close to nature and low prices. These will be the reasons that I bought this villa. The interior is homely decorated. All furniture installed is made of wood, which is strong and durable. It is more convenient and usable than beauty. The location is situated close to Hua Hin Beach, Bluport Huahin Shopping Mall, and other shops. It is convenient for life.
Quality villas are suitable for large families.

Quiet and beautiful villa with a private garage. You can exercise and read books in the common project area. There is also a kid pool with a jacuzzi and 24 hours security system. It is so good. The villa interior is beautifully decorated, and installed with all quality furniture. It's so beautiful and pleasant, matching the big family as me a lot. Also, there is sufficient area to make a small leisure garden as well.

I bought the house soon after the project had been completed. I've been for years and haven't found any serious problems. Plus, the house's price has continuously been increasing every year, so I have no regret buying it. My house has 3 bedrooms with a proper size. It also comes with great design and a full set of furniture, so I didn't have to waste time buying the furniture. There is a clubhouse, fitness center, and swimming pool within the project. The condition may not look very new but well-maintained. As I always go to the fitness center, I've never found broken equipment once. The neighbors here are also friendly, both Thais and foreigners, and never caused any disturbing problems. The project's location is not far from Hua Hin town as it takes less than 15 mins. It is also very convenient. It is not far from Petchkasem Road, making it easy to travel to other provinces.
The villa has a shady garden, but there are quite a lot of insects.

The project entrance is relatively isolated and away from the city. Anyway, it is safe and non-crowded. Traveling is also considered inconvenient, but I like it here because it is surrounded by nature. In the village, it was shady and full of trees that made the house shady. The house I live in has a parking space for 1-2 cars. The living room and kitchen are separated. There is also a small fish pond that comes with a pavilion. So, it looks extremely shady, but sometimes it makes too many insects !!

I bought a villa with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms to stay with my family here. I must say that the villas are beautifully decorated with modern furniture. There is also a swimming pool and garden for relaxing. The atmosphere here is perfect as the common area is breezy. There is a security guard for 24 hours. The project is really suitable for living.
