    Emerald Green Project There are houses ranging in size from 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and more starting from about 3 million baht without a private pool. If you want, you can order it later. House quality is average to good. There is a modest size living room And has a small kitchen counter as an open plan Like the common area with a natural pool in front, a fitness center and a communal swimming pool. That can come to use without having to be responsible Pay for any cleaning or service, add a cheap common fee. Have a good security system The area inside the project looks open. Airy and comfortable because each house fence is not very high Make it look more friendly Including easy ventilation The roads within the project are clean and well maintained. Drive into the city for about 10-15 minutes, the closest 7-11 is at the mouth of Soi Hua Hin 112, and that area has a market that is open every day as well. Food and fruits are fresh, clean and cheap.

    The peaceful single-story house with 2 bedrooms. The project has many facilities, such as an outdoor pool and a gym. The house is very modern, tidy and wide with a nice garden around the house. Moreover, the project is pet-friendly; love it! The owners just have to register for the juristic person. The team takes good care of us and always calls for a meeting to get us updated. Don't worry that you will miss it; the news will be spread through Line application or the project's website. The common area is quite big for activities or exercise. My neighbors, Thais, and foreigners, always come out in the evening for a walk. From the project, I can get to Sam Phan Nam floating market in 5 minutes, absolutely convenient! There are many shops and restaurants there.
