Grand project Sold out Only a few remaining houses, inexpensive, starting at 3.49 million baht, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, without furniture, but There is a kitchen counter and a beautiful garden in the common area with a large swimming pool. And a fitness center with 24 hours security and very close to the Banyan golf course. If anyone also plays golf I recommend this project.

It is a luxurious villa development project designed in a contemporary style. The interior is decorated in a modern style and provides complete furniture. I especially love the furniture installation as it is built-in. In the kitchen, it is a durable and premium grade of granite. It is very worth the price I paid because buying a house here you are not only buying a house, but it comes with various facilities. Those facilities include a clubhouse, a fitness center, and a large swimming pool, suitable for health lovers like me.
Safe, public areas should be used.

This villa provides an excellent security system, and the common areas are complete, including a communal pool, a gym, a clubhouse, and a kids' playground. The project offers 3 types of houses according to the budget we have. I chose the type A house with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. It is very large for couples. The house interior is excellently decorated and perfectly in zones. All areas are usable, and the materials are qualified with the price. The house surrounding, there is sufficient area to create a leisure garden as you need.

These premium villas are located in the potential village surrounded by friendly neighbors. The atmosphere in the evening is lovely, very pleasant, and cozy. The villa I live in comprises a large area, and there is an available place for pets. Besides, there is a private pool inside the villa; it is very nice. Furthermore, it also offers a complete range of in-villa facilities for everyday life. It is also close to the Hua Hin Floating Market and Vana Nava Water Park.

I rented a 3-bedrooms villa here to stay with my family. Inside the villa, the space is large and fully-furnished, doesn't feel cramped at all. There is a private swimming pool and a yard for pets. The clubhouse here is magnificent. The atmosphere is shady and pleasant, with beautiful mountain views. The rent is reasonable, allowing me and my family to extend my stay for 2 more years. So good!

I have just talked to the salesperson of the project and made the pre-sale contract without hesitation. The highlight of this place is to design the house as I want from furniture design and to choose land plots for a house, so I can make sure that I'll like it. I bought 2 connected land plots and will build a house, consisting of 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms with a swimming pool. Actually, the design of my house is not different from the original house plan. I just want to modify it to look more modern and expand the roof height for better ventilation. The project has both a clubhouse and a fitness center, which is very convenient. Personally, I'm a person who likes to play golf. This is so easy as it takes only 4 minutes to drive to Banyan Golf Course. The project is not far from Vana Nava Water Park for a family with children, only 13 minutes drive. It's not difficult to travel because it is on Petchkasem Road, and it's suitable for someone who looks for a vacation home.
