To get to the Mali Prestige by car, you can start on Rural Highway 2004 in front of Ban Nong Pran Phuk School and head to Thap Tai Subdistrict Administrative Organization Office for about 4 kilometers. Turn left onto Rural Highway 2057 for about 1.7 kilometers, turn right for about 2 kilometers, and you will see the Mali Prestige on your left-hand side.

This fee has to be paid every month by owners for the upkeep of the common areas of the project. For new residential developments, it is common to pay up to 1-3 years’ common area maintenance fees in advance upon the transfer of the properties' ownership.
Khao Takiab Beach is the nearest Beach from Mali Prestige and it is 6.1 km away.

The building (the bricks and mortar) can be owned by a non-Thai national outright in their name in what is called the house registry which secures ownership indefinitely of the structure. 

In Thailand non-Thai nationals cannot own land outright in their name. Land can be controlled through either a Thai Company or a long-term registered lease. The longest registered lease term by Thai law is 30 years and most developers will offer 3 terms for a total of 90 years.

The location of the project on the secondary road near Sam Phan Nam Floating Market, not crowded, not a community area, not crowded, quiet, private, beautiful mountain view. The project comes with a restaurant and a minimart. Beautiful central area with playground Suitable for families, both long-term stays or vacationing.

It's a quality villa. I am impressed with every step that the project has given great attention to detail in my villa design's construction and decoration. Mali Prestige is surrounded by a good society. It is also not far from Hua Hin, beaches, and the shops, which is very convenient to live in. I like the project's atmosphere, so I decided to buy a villa from Mali Prestige, which has been very matched to my needs because the villa is close to nature and provides a high level of privacy. Inside my villa is a modern design and comfort. All rooms in the villa are usable. It is very cost-effective as well as the environment around the project is a very quiet and fresh air atmosphere. It gives a feeling of relief, ideal for relaxation. Besides, I can relax in my own beautiful sized private pool in my spare time as well.
