The building (the bricks and mortar) can be owned by a non-Thai national outright in their name in what is called the house registry which secures ownership indefinitely of the structure.

I am very interested in this project because it is very good, located in a good environment and potential community, which is very shady and pleasant. I went to see the project showroom and was very impressed because I wanted to buy this villa as a family gift for a vacation place. The villa interior is meticulously decorated and quality modern furniture. It has a complete range of project facilities such as a children's playground, an on-site restaurant, a 24 hours security system, and other premium services as a spa and massage, which are great. Besides, the villa is close to many tourist attractions of Koh Samui, such as Lamai Beach and Samui Hot Club.

It is designed in a single-story villa with a private pool and spacious living area located near Lamai Beach. It is a beautiful project, consisting of only 9 units and offering high-privacy. Each villa comprises a private pool with a sunbathing area and leisure gardens. The exterior area is well-fitted and not too narrow. Amazingly, the project uses grass fences between each villa to give a sense of closeness to nature. The common facilities include spa and massage services and a children's playground. Overall, it suits the price, and it is a smart investment.

I’ve already bought the villa here after searching on the website and talking to the salesperson. The villa I bought is a one-bedroom type, decorated in modern style. The room size isn’t spacious but well-allocated. The furniture is from leading brands, making it cost-effective. This project is near Lamai beach, so it’s suitable for me as I love peace and nature. The project entrance is quite isolated and dark at night. I think they should improve it, and this place would be so perfect
