The villa is spacious and clean. The rooms are up to 5 bedrooms. The furniture in the villa is wooden-Thai style, and some furniture is quite old, but it is still usable. The villa surrounding is tranquil, featuring a private pool. However, I was a little sad that the pool was a little bit small. I didn't enjoy swimming at all. As for the garden, it will be more pleasant if it is decorated meticulously. The day I stayed at the villa, there were grasses around the garden, and I was afraid that there would be reptiles. Honestly, it is okay compared with the price as it is tranquil and pleasant.

I rented a house at Samuigreenvalley Resort for 5 days. The house is surrounded by shady trees in which inside the house is decorated with wooden furniture and equipped with many facilities. These include a kitchen, a dining room, And the room for welcoming the guests. The house is spacious and has a wide house area with a private pool. Besides, Samuigreenvalley Resort is not far from Lamai Beach and other tourist attractions such as Hin Ta Hin Yai.
Old building but nice place and good prices

Good deal, quiet, and clean. The project is located next to the main road and not far from the ferry pier. Convenient to travel. There are a swimming pool and a relaxation area. Although the building looks a bit old, the inside is fully-furnished and equipped. The villa is decorated in Thai style with wood for a cozy look. Plus, the owner is very kind.

The house here is quiet. It is a housing development project with a daily resort rental. Therefore, there are sometimes many people here. It is also close to many famous tourist attractions. At the alley entrance, there are many hotels in this area, which should be called a fairly busy location. If traveling to Central Samui or Chaweng Beach, it just takes about 15-20 minutes. Besides, the house is not far from Lamai Beach, which is as beautiful as any other beaches. Moreover, there are many fresh markets here, and we can cook our meals every day. The house has space for family activities as well. However, I think the private pool is too small, and the building looks very old, not as much maintenance as it should be !!!
