The Emporio Place is convenient and easy to travel. The entrance is a bit far by walk, but a taxi and motorbike pass through all the time. The project can enter and exit in many ways, both on Rama IV Road and Soi Sukhumvit 24. I live with my boyfriend, and I work in Sukhumvit, so it is reasonable to compare the price with its value. In this area, there are quite a lot of high rise condos. An important selling point, I think it is close to department stores such as The Emporium and The EmQuartier. The Sukhumvit area has attracted many foreigners to live in this area.
I am fascinated here because of the value and convenience; there are several restaurants and convenience stores along the way. The common area is a lobby in all three buildings supporting residents very well. The building that I live in is Building A, which can walk to building C quickly at the back. The area below has a shady garden near the swimming pool. My room has been decorated with neat Western-style furniture. Fortunately, it is on the high floor, so I had a lovely view of the room. Above it is a bedroom and a small working desk area in the living room zone able to see the beautiful Chao Phraya River view. Fully furnished kitchen furniture with a washing machine is installed well.
I am very fond of Japanese architecture and design because it represents simplicity that perfectly blends with nature. It is more beautiful than any other countries design. So, I was particularly interested in it. I always go to the projects, which its design related to Japanese style. Of course, this project also attracts me due to the interior is mixed with minimalist furniture. It gives a sense of relief and more pleasant. I love the design so much, and I decided to buy 1 unit.
The building of the condo is U-shaped. The buildings are facing, and residents can see the nice pool view and Bangkok's city view. It allows me to commune with two different views in the same place, which is considered worthwhile that I invested. The project itself is situated in a very convenient area. Whether traveling by car or BTS Skytrain is convenient because it is near the expressway and the Thonglor BTS Station is 500 meters or a 5-minute walk. I want to recommend taking BTS Skytrain is more convenient than using a private car. The location in the center of the city is close to many different department stores and offices. I always take public transportation because it is convenient to travel and does not waste time. Moreover, there are numerous restaurants to choose from, ranging from affordable to high prices. However, the cost of living is relatively high as it is a business area.
My family and I have been here for two years. I would say that I'm so satisfied with the project. The location suits our needs perfectly as It's easy to get anywhere. There are also various options for transportation, such as buses, BTS Skytrain, and cars. Personally, I usually drive my car to places like my son's school and workplace. But if there is the day that the traffic is pretty bad, I still have another option, which is to take the BTS. The station is within walking distance. If you don't want to walk to the condo, you can grab a motorbike or taxi in the area. It makes me no longer worry about the traffic in Bangkok. There are so my places to go in the area such as restaurants, bars, department stores, so we don't have to go any further. The rooms are spacious, and there are also many room types, including 1 bedroom, 2 bedrooms, 3 bedrooms, and Penthouse. They are well proportioned with beautiful design. The facilities provided are enough for all residents. I usually spend my spare time in the yoga room while my husband and son love swimming or go to the gym. As far as I have been here for 2 years, I haven't faced any irritating problems. Most of them are minor problems. For example, the gym equipment does not work, but when we contact the legal entity, they immediately solve it. The security system here meets the standard, making me feel safe. We are not sure whether in the future we need to relocate. But I'm not worried about anything so far. If we have to move, I'm pretty sure that we can sell or rent out the place. I would say I'm impressed with the place.

The staff were friendly and always available to help me. The project has a perfect environment because it is surrounded by amenities, perfectly matching my needs. Also, it's close to Phrom Phong BTS station, Terminal 21, Central World, Emporium, and EmQuartier. So, it's convenient in terms of travel. Besides, the project facilities are complete with good conditions, such as a saltwater pool, garden, and gym throughout the time I stayed here. I always used fitness services throughout the project because I like exercising. It's fully-equipped and modern. It made my 14 days on vacation wonderful. More importantly, it's such quality and value to stay here!
I believe most C-level expatriates has lived here and even diplomats. Millennium offers spacious units for families against an acceptable price. Although its an older project , the property is well maintained and upgraded due to influential co-owners. Occupancy rates for this project is year round 95%.

I stay here, and I sign an annual lease contract. Very impressed because this is a luxury condo in Spanish style in the Phrom Phong area. There is a complete common area. It offers 2 swimming pools. There is a bowling alley, sauna, and a gym. Also, there is a library and outdoor sports corner. Everything is well-maintained. More importantly, there is also a shuttle bus to Phrong Phong BTS. The staff here are very helpful that impressed me. If anyone is looking for accommodation, which easy to travel and luxurious European touch. I recommend it here. Suitable for people who work in the city and want privacy.
