You can go straight through Pridi Banomyong Road, cross Phra Khanong Canal, and pass through Sukhumvit 77 Intersection. Then, go straight along the way, passing On Nut BTS Station and keep right. Drive about 600 meters further and make a U-turn pass through Tesco Lotus On Nut and On Nut BTS Station. Keep left to Soi Sukhumvit 50 by Ramindra-At Narong Expressway and drive straight for about 400 meters, and you will see the project on the right-hand side.

Outdated project with substandard finishings

Unfortunately this project is of a low grade and outdated. The property management is poor and its located at the backside of Sukhumvit 50, overshadowed by many other condo's .However if you would like to live in peace and don't mind living hidden, this is the place to choose
Good pet friendly option

Nice serviced apartment in a secluded location, whilst not far from BTS, shopping and entertainment. Good community for young professionals, adults with kids, adults with pets and older generation. The pool is great and works 24/7. The place used to be a hotel so it will take a bit of creativity to make it feel homely. The gym is simple and the machines are slightly old. Yet, it’s pretty specious. Some neighbouring houses have doggie herds living outside, so if that’s something you or your pet would find distressing, it will bother you daily.
