Great value for both investment or living with long-term profits

The condo has a great value for people looking for a condo to live in or for investment. This project is distinctive because of its location. It's easy to travel as it's close to both Siam, Sathorn, and Silom area. But it would be best if you were careful about traffic jams because it can be hectic throughout the day.
The project is outstanding since the exterior is in a modern style with the rounded glass corners emphasizing the use of black and gold to represent luxury, and the use of color arrangement to modernize the building. The project also focuses on many green areas, a resting place, and a large garden to chill out in the evening.
The design of the common area is pretty good. It served residents needs of all ages. My husband spends his time in a gym, which occupies 2 floors with almost 20 pieces of equipment. Sometimes he has a small party with neighbors at the Social Club & Wine Bar while enjoying the panoramic view. Our kid loves to use the swimming pool and library for tutoring. In family time, we love to stay together at the rooftop for the sunset, which is an incredible view that makes us speechless.
The room is decorated in a luxurious style and focuses on the use of black and gray. The materials are well-selected to meet the standard. Our room is a two-bedroom unit with 66 square meters, so it is spacious and fully functional. We can place a dining table for 4 people on the corner to sit, yet there is space left. Inside the Master bedroom's bathroom, there is also a bathtub, and the highlight is a semi-outdoor terrace in every room so we can relax there.
Overall, it is very good. Apart from the distinctive design, the project is in a good location, close to various shopping centers such as Chamchuri Square, Siam Center, and Siam Paragon, which is very suitable for the new generation these days.
Perfect Location! M Silom is a condominium at the downtown of Silom. It is very modern with a fascinating view of Bangkok. It is proper management, near Chong Nonsi BTS Station (500 meters) and Silom MRT Station, only a few steps to these stations. Besides, it is convenient to go to Siam Paragon. In case you don't want to waste your time in rush hour, avoid using cars in this area because the traffic is heavy. However, I would highly recommend it here if you are looking for a place to stay in the heart of the city and be recognized as privacy as well.
Anil 12 is located next to the Myanmar embassy and the newly BTS station is literally 5 meters away from the entrance point. The finishing and amenities are of the highest standard, with a functional unit layout. The project is a low density project and ideal for people that would like to live in privacy.
If you're looking to live like a king, this place is definitely for you. Not only is it located in an accessible location, it's also located within the iconic Mahanakhon building. The units are grander than you can imagine with spectacular views of the city. My favourite room in the unit must be the bathroom with marble walls and floorings-- not to mention the giant soup bowl bathtub right in the centre!
The Room Sathorn Pan is ideal for young couple with or without kids - the facilities are wonderfull - modern and never crownded. I really enjoy stayed there. Close to BTS Surakas, nice room with large space bigger than usual. Facing south is the best for me.
I'm a freelance photographer who likes to go traveling around to take pictures of different places. I believe each place has its uniqueness. This time I decided to visit Bangkok in the Charoenkrung area. I thought I'd spend three months here as I wanted to work and relax at the same time, so I found this condo. It's near places that I wanted to visit, such as Yaowarat road, where you can find local food, and Khao San road, the entertainment venue. There are also historical attractions in this area, such as Wat Arun and Wat Phra Kaew. I would say that it's two months that I never get bored. I usually took a taxi to get to many places. However, it might be pretty hard to get to places for those who own their cars. There are still nearby bus stops, but I don't know much about it. You may need to ask the staff or local people there. The room that I'm staying in is one-bedroom. It's pretty large compared to other projects. It's fully- furnished one, so it's ready to move in. The price is a bit high compared to other accommodation. There are many cheap hostels around the area, but I'm willing to pay more to buy privacy and convenience. I reckon it's always worth it. The facilities in the project include a gym, sauna, swimming pool. Overall, I like this condo and think it's worth the money.
